@micksmith-vt5yi mate I'm a mechanical engineer, I've been riding and building bikes for the last 10 years. Before that I was working for Harrop engineering. Before that I did my apprenticeship for a company that fit out the entire fpv and fpr workshop. I converted a Buick v6 into a TE Gemini with parts from the ROD SHOP before the 2 brothers bought it off the original old guy who built the street legal 55 chev with a old rolls fighter plane engine in it when i was in my teens. Smoke generation is a part of the judging in a burnout comp, how much smoke that the vehicle generates has a big impact on the score so by having fans blowing it away, you cannot accurately judge how much is being made
There is no denying the burnout mastery we just witnessed but really all you see is smoke... seems pretty dumb . The real question is who built that motor and what is it?
He didn't even blow his tyres. But yes it was a sick run by George. He's got so much better. Also these burnouts have a point system. Use of track, skill, smoke production, tyres blown all add to the points.
