I remember finding out Shark’s age and being completely shocked, cause I did the math and thought “wait, he started collaborating with D’Angelo in 2007...?!?”

🤕 damn man. Sharkey and Spanky have always been in my top 5 guitarists of all time and I had no idea you were so close. Voodoo is the reason I started taking guitar really seriously after hearing Spanish Joint. I love this Sharkey album track for track. This nigga is an extremely talented writer and vocalist.

I didn't realize Sharkey was such a good singer. I was also surprised by the guitar choice, a triple humbucker Squire Strat with three toggle switches. Interesting. Loved the music.

If I remember correctly, I think that that was his first guitar and it’s really heavily modded so you’re not gonna be able to find a squire with that configuration.
