Yay, more clusters! Not only do I love the organizing tips, but I get a refresher course on ideas for more...lace, flowers, doilies, buttons. Clusters galore. Thanks Gayle for keeping me company through the years. I hardly watch tv anymore and watch the amazing crafters on you tube. Happy blessed Easter to you and your family.
I agree with you, I keep thinking I’m going to cancel cable because mostly I watch UA-cam or Netflix or Hulu or Amazon Prime, I don’t watch hardly anything on regular TV anymore. I just dread calling Xfinity to cancel because I’ve heard horror stories about them not wanting to do it like you can tell them over and over again and they won’t do it. It took me a long time to get information out of them as to how much just Internet would be without cable, holy cow I had to argue with the guy for 15 minutes before he would tell me.
I have yet to make any clusters because they look intimidating to me. But after watching these 2 videos, I have gotten some good ideas by looking at all the beautiful one you have made. I love the books to put them in.
Hey Gayle 😀!I'm finally back at home with a Wi-Fi connection so I can join in on the fun. Oh, how I've missed you! Tina did indeed have a great idea for storing your many clusters. Not only will it be easier for you to find "just the right one" for your project, but it's easier for us to see your beautiful collection. This would also be a fantastic idea for quilters that want to have a memory book; making clusters, adding information about the time it took to complete, the pattern name, a photo of the finished quilt... I'm going to enjoy watching you use these books in future videos!
The number of clusters you have is amazing, Gayle! Maybe this process will help you get more organized although you are already the most organized I know!! 😊
Hello sweet Gayle, I agree Tina had hit the nail on the head for storing clusters. I don't comment often but I watch everyday old ones and current videos. I stayed up watching your videos til 3 this morning and crafting with you. 😅Happy Easter to you and your family and grand babies. Even the big ones they are all still our babies. God bless.
For the past few months I have enjoyed being inspired by your videos. I keep thinking your word for next year could be JOY. Meaning - only keep things that bring you joy and give the other items to those who will find joy in them. It seems you are thinking the same thing by trying to use things up. There are things we all think are beautiful but not really our style and never use. I’ve tried to do this in my gardening and tear out those sad looking plants and replace them with healthy ones. It has made me enjoy my garden so much more. Have a blessed Easter.
It’s fun to see all the beautiful clusters on the storage book pages. Now that the clusters are more visible, I imagine you’ll easily be able to use the the clusters more often.
Corralled clusters is a great idea. But I think a 3-ring binder would work much better, for me. Your quantity of clusters is mind blowing! Love them all!
I agree with 3 ring binder idea, especially since in these books you can only use one side of paper. In a 3 ring with page protectors you could use 2 pieces of paper back to back. Easy turning. Less pages and protection. But an extra bit of work to pull pages out to get to specific cluster.
I love all of the clusters you do. I have had fun trying out some of your different techniques. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us and for being such an upbeat cheerful person. It is such a joy to watch you. 💜
The cluster set you mentioned at 1:20 minutes, that you said you wouldn't know how to find, was your video on Neutral Stamped Layered Clusters, Viewer Request, I believe. It is one of my favorites and I re-watched it not too long ago. Just in case anyone was wondering. 😉 I agree with you, Gayle, I think it will be easier to flip through these booklets to find what you want. I have yet to make one, but I will eventually.
I love this, Gayle. The blend of "filing" with using...the peek at so many different styles of clusters...it's a beautiful glimpse into the world of clusters and creative possibilities. I recorded my own video on a couple of cluster books this morning. As I watched your video I was pulling out scraps to fill up my books and my scraps bag is now slightly less bulging than before. 😂 You certainly help keep me productive. 🥰 Belinda xxx
Good morning Gayle. Loving this video. Clusters is one thing I am not confident in. Thanks for sharing yours and what to do with them. You accomplished so much today. Happy Easter. Hugs.
Wow! You really cleared out a bunch! Those are all gorgeous! I'm curious to see how easy they're going to be to "rip" out of the book!! And look at the ones that you matched something with already!! Great progress!!
Good Morning Gayle, Happy Easter to you! Wow, you have a beautiful selection of clusters and I can see how this idea will make it so easy to find the one you need for your journal that your creating. I keep a list of items that are used in a journal because there are so many creative ideas to put into your JJ. Have a wonderful day! 👍🌸🌸🌸🐇
Good afternoon Gayle🙏❤️. I absolutely loved these two PT’s video and I still think that this is so clever. It is also a clever idea for actual family photos too for the different holidays or even seasons too if anyone doesn’t have a photo albums too. God bless and have an awesome rest of your day too. Sue M.(Clearwater, Florida)❤️😘🙏🥰😎🫶🏻👍🏻🐰🐥❌⭕️
Good morning, Gayle!! I'm with you, it's eye candy. My mind is popping so many ideas. The one that won't leave me alone is making neutral clusters, putting different ink oxides on them, throwing them in a box and spraying them with water. They'll mingle colors, dry, then spatter them with paint. Put them in their own booklet (oxide/splatter) and they'll be ready to put a button, butterfly, etc. on top. Goodness knows I've got enough paper to make the booklets.😅 Love ya!!
Thank you so much for the motivation! Great stash buster plus I see your finished pile and think how awesome it will be to have options on hand! Much love - Tonya
You could always have a Fabrics 2 book😆 What's one more on the shelf?! I look forward to seeing you actually diving into the books and using them...how long will it take! I hope your Easter is blessed and your family around you. Hugs 🤗
Here it is Easter morning and my hubby asked what I was watching. I said I was watching Gayle make Clusters. He thought it was a new Easter candy recipe 😂. Thanks for a morning giggle. Happy Easter to you and your family 🐣
Good ideas to use your clusters. I too, think it's good to use them on journal cards or tags as you can remove them when you write. I think you could do this a few more hours! Lol! TFS 🤗
Good morning Gayle!! Great stroke of business organizing your clusters. I saw Tina do her cluster books and watched your video yesterday and then I made one for my clusters. Such a great idea and easy organizing project! TFS!! 💕💖Hugs!!
Happy blessed Easter Sunday to you Gayle & your family. Happy Easter to all of your subbies too! Honestly, Tina is genius! Between her and Donna I really got into this cluster book project! In my cluster book I didn’t worry which page I glue the clusters on since I figured I’d most likely be inking the edges or if I didn’t care for that page paper on my cluster I would just rip it off when I use the cluster so it wouldn’t show. I’m so happy to find a use for all the scrapbook card stock & papers I have! Gayle, you are amazing sorting each cluster out, wow! Placing each cluster of specific pages by color would be too tedious for me, I simply don’t have the time since my job requires me to work 10 to 12 hours each day and all my other family and community obligations. You are pretty amazing at juggling your time I don’t know how you do it! Hugz & Happy Easter Gayle! ✝️💟✝️
Good morning Gayle, Happy Easter to you and all your subbies 🐣 What beautiful clusters and smart storage idea. I continue to learn more and more from you and from reading every one's helpful comments 😊
Good Easter morning, Gayle, from Cheraw, SC. I was hoping for the cluster books again. I love all things organization and watching your adventures is so much fun. Thank you for sharing your time with us. Tylalilly, my kitty, thanks you as well.

Hi Pam! I do a retreat for my friends in May and a subscriber retreat in July. I will announce on UA-cam if there are openings. The 2023 retreat is full. 👍❤️
OH! I just had an idea, Gayle. You can still make those books but add strips on to attach paper clip clusters. Oh yeah...I'm going to make some as soon as this video is done. Haha.
Happy Easter🐇🐰💐🐣! I’m going to my cousins in awhile and we are going to figure out how to do Suminagashi. She bought the paper and the paint on Amazon and we’re going to try and see if we can have any successful results. That will be fun to do while the steaks are smoking in the Traeger.
I am so inspired to make a cluster book, not because I have a stash of them, but because I have often wished that I had a stash of them. I just didn't want to keep so many small things in a box or envelope because they seemed so fragile. This is perfect! Also, I happened across an 8 minute video this morning from a channel with which I am unfamiliar. It was titled "Collage strips inspired by Tim Holts with Kerry", and was posted by WhichCraftDoYouDo. I found it interesting, and thought you might also. I suspect that you will think of a dozen variations. I hope your Easter was amazing, and that you have a glorious and early spring.
This is such a wonderful idea! Tina’s video is super and very detailed so thank you for attaching it for us. I am having such a good time crafting along with you and it’s so great having these holders to flip through and see the clusters. How many holders/books do you think you will end up with when all your clusters are organized? Happy Easter 🐇🐰♥️
Hi sis! Happy Easter! 🌷🐰🌼🐇 That was so fun! Glad you got it organized and it is visual eye candy for sure! I saw all three of Tina’s videos when she made them and thought of you. I love what you did with it. I have a few premade clusters to go in mine but I will have to make some to fill them up. 😀 Thanks for sharing with us, gave me lots of inspiration! Have a beautiful blessed Easter Day. Love you sis! ❤️
Good morning Gayle! Loved watching you sort and glue. Did you realize you were auditioning them on the pages? Hmm, I wonder! Have a blessed Easter today.
I watched the video of Tina making her book as well as the follow up video where she ripped out a page to use. I almost couldn't watch as her book was so beautiful. She showed her book of collaged backgrounds and I think I remember that you have created one also or have I got this wrong??? I can see myself making lots of the cluster books to make my bookcase look very pretty but not to cut up.
I really love this idea! Especially since my storage space is so limited. I made a half dozen books based on color schemes as that is how I tend to build my projects. I don’t have a lot of clusters just yet and will fill them over time. Problem is the books are so pretty I’m going to have a hard time talking myself into tearing into them.😊
I’m thinking it would be nice to build some craft paper books and tack the clusters in with a small dot of glue so I can pull them off the pages and then reuse the book.
You tear them out and that background paper becomes part of the cluster. I’m going to use removable glue dots or removable glue so I can keep using the book over and over. In Tina‘s video, the one who started all this, she tore them out and then she made a little folder in the back to save the extras that weren’t on a page anymore.
Tear out the page and tear out the one in the middle. You could add pockets to put any loose clusters in that are created. Or as some have suggested use glue dots on the backs of the clusters so they are removable. ❤️
Happy Easter everybody! I think using one sided paper to make these books would be a great way to use up one sided paper! Since I don’t have many clusters I think this would be a great way to start making them!
Maybe you need another book for mixed media clusters. 5 books is better than 4, right? Looks like you have enough clusters to last and don't need to make any new ones.
Tear the page out and tear around the cluster which incorporates the book page onto the cluster, which is why I looked for pages that enhance the cluster. Or cut around them if preferred. Or pull them off and leave the page. It’s really up to the creator. ❤
@@gayleagostinelli_ct thanks, I wasn’t quite sure. Great idea. I probably wouldn’t make or use so many to make the booklet necessary though. I love seeing yours.
I'm not trying to be ugly. I obviously watch you! But, what is the purpose of this stuff? Also, I don't remember what video it was... You did 3 different kinds of books and one you were gluing fabric squares on the page. One more question. Your glue stick. Does it stay together? I live in a humidity state and I've had no luck with glue sticks (I don't know what brand you are using) and tape runners aren't permeant for me. Have a happy Resurrection Sunday / Happy Easter
It is just incredible how many clusters you have made over the years, and all so cute. Collating them into books is a clever idea.
Yay, more clusters! Not only do I love the organizing tips, but I get a refresher course on ideas for more...lace, flowers, doilies, buttons. Clusters galore. Tear out the page and tear out the one in the middle. You could add pockets to put any loose clusters in that are created. Or as some have suggested use glue dots on the backs of the clusters so they are removable. ❤️
So do you pull the cluster off of the page or do you tear around the cluster and the page is the base? I hope you understand what I'm asking. LOL
I'm wondering the same!
😋
How do you get these off to use on your items?
Tear the page out and tear around the cluster which incorporates the book page onto the cluster, which is why I looked for pages that enhance the cluster. Or cut around them if preferred. Or pull them off and leave the page. It’s really up to the creator. ❤
@@gayleagostinelli_ct thanks, I wasn’t quite sure. Great idea. I probably wouldn’t make or use so many to make the booklet necessary though. I love seeing yours.
I hope by "de-stash" you don't mean throw them away! They are too nice for that.

What is the purpose of clusters? Watch tomorrow’s video. 👍. Yes, my glue stick holds. I use plenty, but I also live in a dry climate. 🤷🏻♀️
