Roland's legacy with Helloween is tremendous. Right from the begining, he brought amazing songs and superb guitar work. Helloween's reunion is a bit dull because of his absence (and Uli's).
He can try something with Russel Allen or Dino Jelusick... Maybe someting different with Zak Stevens, i think Grapow with him will sound amazing. No power metal, something different.
Roland was the reason Pink Bubbles didn’t suck. In all seriousness though my favorite songs he ever wrote for Helloween were on Master of the Rings. Especially the song Take Me Home. To me he truly found himself in Masterplan.
Roland is one of the greatest guitar players ever. I respect him a lot, and what he has done for masterplan.

Roland is the most technically-gifted guitar player from Helloween.

If I were forced to pick a favorite Helloween album, it would have to be “The Dark Ride”. Grapow and Kusch were so good, but I get it, things change.
That’s one of my least favorite albums actually :)
