    Since u're young i wouldn't worry too much with cardio given your body weight, once or twice a week for 20/30m should be fine already, its true that it maintains your heart healthy but also can be detrimenting for your knees and tendons depending on the intensity, specially during bulk season, of course if u were cutting it would've been completely different, besides, the more cardio you do the more you have to eat which can be complicating for someone who's trying to put some weight. U're in the golden age so your body is still developing, you're tall for your age but dont have much body weight for your height, since u're still 15 i'd say u probably grow a lot more in height. Depending on your objectives i'd say you should either stop doing cardio or increase calories, you still looking lean and with good muscle striation despite being bulking for almost 8 months, im not saying u should get massive but if your objective is creating muscle mass maybe neglecting cardio wouldn't do any bad for you xD, at least reducing cardio wouldn't.

      Yeah man I gotcha, imma have to start increasing my food intake definitely lol. But I appreciate it man
