Redbull Sand Scramble at Glamis Sand Dunes! What a crazy event! It was a scramble to get ready, make sure I had all the safety gear. Apparently, all the fixing on my skid plate was not enough. Overall, it was really fun, lots of adrenaline pumping. I was shocked to see how many cars broke, the course was way rough. 6th place isn't too bad for my first time. Thank you to Redbull for putting this together. Always a great time!

Great video! Guys having a blast. The front upper control arm configuration on that Maverick is ridiculous. It could just as easily been built like the others. It does look cool, though!

Glad to see some of the races, we missed a bunch of them because a buddies brand new speed utv died on the way there and we had to get him back to camp after trying to get it started failed.

Solid run Dallin, 6th is amazing for your first Red Bull Race. You show the entire course which is unique for any UA-cam channel. I was really shocked that those Polaris Turbo R’s seemed to be the car for this race. Ole Storm Trooper had the win locked in, but blew his belt.
Leaverton with the overall win was a crazy race to witness. He had a built X3, and was trailing behind a built Pro R the entire race, then passed him on the last lap. Thrilling races to watch. Canam needed a full week of practice and tuning to get it set up for this race.

Great footage. Thank you for taking the time to film , its a pain in the ass just to film a ride let alone trying to race. Great result for the issues you encountered. Seems like a lil more seat time and knowing the course helped a ton.

Next year and maybe the help of a pit crew……???? I got 6 weeks in glamis this dune season. Maybe wife wouldnt notice 7 weeks next season. Lolol

Good job Dallin. Sucks about the skid plate. That car needs several tabs welded to the lower frame and then bolt on an aluminum skid front to rear. 👍

Thanks for the in car cam! Awesome footage - and nice to see that your total time was better than RG's by over a minute over 5 laps - even with his check on Max, stil didn't lose a minute! You were haulin the mail - just think what you could do with proper prep for the race next year!

Good racing man! I was that 4 seater next to you. I ended up having lots of long leg problems and kneeing the key out turning off the car I finally got a good pass and then a little later the car stopped again lol I ended up finishing 9th.
That’s pretty good for having to completely start your car again!

Yeah man it was rough I was in heat one you got me in the video stoped on comp I blew out the fender liner and skidplate bottoming out and had to rip off the floor to get to the pedals. I thought Ihad a loose ground the car turned off about 10 times the last one was the worst when you passed me again I realized my knees and the key lol.

Great footage. I would love to see some in car footage, either helmet mount or on the roll bar behind driver in the middle with the GoPro. Let us see the drivers point of view. The 360 does such a great job getting the out of car coverage.

This is one of the few times in motorsports videos where I wish they just played music so we didnt have to listen to the sound of these weed wackers.

Video makes everything seem slower than it is but at the same time they were going slower because they didn’t allow paddles for the race

@desertsxs I have a Subi sandcar and a few built quads. SxS are crazy capable and fun as hell so I get the rage. But the newbie culture is trash on many fronts. I hate to dog anybody willing to make the trek and dedicate so much to desert life but as a kid who grew up in the dunes since the mid 80's I just miss the old school comradery and SMOOTH dunes! I mean no offense to the true desert rats! I just love Glamis like nowhere else and I go for the duning not the ragers and shenanigans.
That poor Mav is only a few months old and she’s clapt already 😂. Can am quality never disappoints.
