No I have to disagree. Whoa Vicky acts like a stereotypical black woman. If you ever heard my brothers ex wife on the phone you would assume she's black. But she's white and Mexican but doesn't speak Spanish.
Now I can say that it's kinda a stereotype that all white girls who act and talk like that are just middle to high-class kids going through a faze. Some of them actually grew up around black people and aren't as bad. The thing about whoa Vicky is that she unlike the girls before actually thinks she's black which is more telling to me because none of the white people who grew up in the hood make that claim.
