Steps:
1.Navigate
to settings on your phone. You can find the settings menu in the appdrawer.
2.Tap Application Manager.
3.Select an app you want to move to the microSD card.
4.Tap the Move to SD Card button. If you don't see a Move to SD Cardbutton, the app cannot be moved. Most preloaded apps cannot be moved to an SD card.

Cuz system will move app to SD card only when the memory is full & it will free up to 1gb. If memory is not full then it will not move to sd card. But if me the memory is full then it will only move upto 1-2gb of app storage. So Technically it's not a Proper Solution 😭😭😭😭😭

If you want to change only work in mi phone then open file manager then go to Android - select obb - click on view files now you came in a different file manager then choose sd card storage , click on three dots on the right upper side - go to storage settings - then you have to select format as internal options, your work will be done
