My Cute Husky Was Offended By Me! Dogs Learn a New Trick

- An adult husky teaches two young dogs a fun "seal" trick. The point is to throw up and catch a treat that lies on the nose. It's like when people, fooling around, throw popcorn up and catch it with their mouths. To be honest, we don't know how to do this trick ourselves.
But Olive the puppy didn't want to learn this trick. Moreover, the cute puppy took offense at us and proudly turned away to the wall. But the husky Agouti Monty was happy to study, looking at the adult dog Yuki.

Well, I think it could have been Olive's jealousy of Yuki's special skills. If Olive learns to be as adept as Yuki at that trick, then she will want to be the prima donna at it!
I can say from experience that they know all the feelings we know. On that point I'm convinced we're equals.
Oh absolutely, my malamute shows exactly the same way, when her feelings are hurt. Fortunately she forgets her blues in about a minute and comes "back" as a carefree princess she is 💜
Wash a dog and you will see how offended they get.

Yuki is very good in this game she listen and focus play this challenge well. While Monty is learning too but can't stay too long like Yuk. I never expect our spoiled brat Olivia is sensitive too and very emotional jealous kid.

Most of my huskies couldn't ever catch anything. Our latest addition has broken that trend after 25 years LOL.

Yuki was amazing and it was great to see Monty learning a new trick. Poor Olive, she tried once and looked like she was pouting. When I teach my dogs new tricks, Emma watches her brother for clues, with a look of " I can do that too!" lol.

Yuki is amazing! It's not an easy trick so I'm not surprised Olivia didn't want to learn it. She's still a puppy in many ways! But I was surprised that Monty, who seemed to not want to learn it, eventually did! Bravo Monty!

This is a difficult question. Scientists say that dogs do not know how to be offended. But I've seen how upset my puppies are sometimes. They turn away from me or look very sad. But once I give them what they want, they forget everything. It happens instantly. But it is not suitable for this case when the dog is waiting for someone or something. Then it is almost impossible to distract them
