That "psychologists claim that" part really pissed me off. It made no sense! Hey, if someone laughs a lot then maybe they're just happy! If someone sleeps a lot then what if they're just TIRED? I seriously doubt that there were any psychologists involved in that bit.
Most of these sleeping positions are not true. It's all about comfort. I have restless leg syndrome and hot flashes.. Always searching for cool spots on the bed and pillow.. My husband snores so he sleeps on his sides, I sleep on my stomach. My husband and I begin the night snuggled up to each other but after about an hour we're finding our comfort space even if it means turning away from each other... It does not mean we went to bed angry or have animosity towards each other, we love each other very much.
