The Rio Grande Valley of South Texas is a dream destination for birders and nature lovers alike. We were lucky enough to spend a week in this birders paradise trying to find as many life birds as possible.

Awe man, you guys are killing me with the Green Fisher ! I was right there at Estero Llano Grande, but didn't get a Pauraque :( Oh and the Rose Throated Becard... and Audobons Oriole... Wow ! What a fantastic trip :) I'm about to run out and jump in my car.... only a 2200 mile trip :) lol Can hardly wait April / May !
