Even David Bowie approved and worked with his lawyers to ensure it didn't get copyrighted. Also, that note change at 6:13 in this video when you sing the lyrics "far above the moon" is fantastic.
This whole thing is awesome, but your take on Starman is nothing short of breathtaking. I would liken it to the same treatment Johnny Cash gave Hurt - almost like it belongs this way.
That transition at like 6:05 was so smooth and well done that I felt hair on my neck perk up. I already loved the song Space Oddity but the whole reprised version at the end was fantastic.
I have listened to this far too many times by this point. It's quite possibly one of the greatest pieces of Bowie covers, right up there with Chris Hadfield in space.
