Too much paint and way too little water. Paint dries hard so if the majority of the liquid in the reform is paint, it's gonna turn to rock. It's just like with the dish soap. Soap "dries" into thick goop, so if there's too much of it the reform is gooey. Use less paint and the other ingredient, use more water and your experiments should get better results 👍
