I don’t think Sarkodie have anything to prove to Shatta. I would think Shatta want the Benz that’s why he made a choice to buy it. I wouldn’t buy a car I don’t need just because I need to prove a point. It doesn’t make any financial sense. I think Sarkodie is smarter than that.
Awards are not a complete waste of time, it is something every hardworking artist dream about. That’s why sport men or women work so hard just to take home a trophy. It is not just about the money, but RECOGNITION which is very important for any recording artist or sport person. Winning an award opens all kinds of doors and automatically makes an artiste a respected brand. In addition, an artiste potentially becomes a higher earning artist and boost ticket sales.
For instance, Burna Boy Grammy nomination has automatically gave him a global recognition with a higher earning potential on international platforms. So Shatta Wale should shut up and figure out how to get international nominations and get on international platforms.

Sarkodie doesn’t have time to beef wale. We all know this type of things has been wale game plan ever since he resurfaced but the mistake he ever made is to attack the Sarkcess brand and your friend as such. This two guys have different lifestyles and we all have to accept them that way. The brand Sarkodie chose to build doesn’t permit him to do things reckless all in the name of painting a picture that he is outgoing type cos he is not. Wale too doesn’t need to dress and act like Sark cos that’s not his style. Sark choose to do good without having to video it for people to see. Wale on the other hand choose to video it and share it for people to be motivated. They are all doing good regardless so one has no right to call the other poor cos he is not doing what you expect him to do. Even if I was Sark and Wale is my friend, what he did would have ended the friendship right away cos that’s snitching. I am both wale and sark fan but I look up to sark based on how he behaves and like wale based on his humor. At the end I love their music.
