Is no one going to mention the fact that he thought a Venator-class Star Destroyer of the Galactic Republic was an Imperial-class Star Destroyer? Also the BFG from Doom would be more fitting for the Venator-class Star Destroyer because some have an ion laser which replaces it's underbelly hanger. Yes, I am a Star Wars nerd, you don't need to point that out.

The magnabeam attracts projectiles to the point of impact. It’s used as guidance. If you fire the beam at a specific spot on an enemy then fire everything else all of those shells will hit one spot.

The BFG 10000 isn't big enough in forts cause in the game, when the cacodemons are floating towards it, they just disappear due to the scale where as in this game, it's more like the smaller ones you see on the planet that the doom slayer launches himself with.
Because the bfg 10,000 is in the new game, doom eternal and it only got released a few months ago, with the trailers dropping

The Magna Beam magnetizes shots towards the point it hits. For example if you have 20 mms then you can shoot your magna beam at the enemy base and while it is active and fire the cannons. All the cannon shots should arc up or down towards that point, absoulutely destroying it. If I got something wrong, please correct me lol.

The magnabeam can pull in 20mm cannons, which is SUPER poweful, even more so with the buster commander
the magnabeam is used to make your projectiles more accurate. so if you fires swarm missiles with the magnabeam they would all go into one spot
