God's will is simple. Jesus made it very clear, "For my Father’s will is that EVERYONE who LOOKS to the Son (JESUS) and BELIEVES in him (JESUS) shall have eternal life, and I (JESUS) will raise them up at the last day." God's will is for everyone to believe and have eternal life. So simple.

Its ok ladies if she speaks on modesty and holiness. We women do not need to show our assets to the world. The Bible clearly speaks to women how to dress modestly.
Talking about women dressing a certain way so they're not a bigger temptation for men that are already trying to fight their own feelings of lust and needing healing.
Seriously the most ignorant thing I've ever heard Joyce Meyer say. A woman or even a man dressing a certain way doesn't make them responsible for the actions or thoughts of another person.
She sounded like the same people that blame women for being raped because of how they were dressed. Dangerously close to sounding like that.
Her own father raped her throughout her childhood. Hopefully she didn't blame herself for whatever clothing she was wearing. Why her rapist father couldn't fight his temptations.
The naked body is not to be ashamed of...
It's only becomes dirty because of people that already have dirty thoughts regardless of what anyone is wearing or not wearing.
I'm usually in agreement of most of what Joyce has to say. No one is responsible for another person's actions. Fully clothed women are mistreated by plenty of men that have bad intentions regardless.

I agree, I was shocked. She is the only preacher I like. But thats not a healthy outlook. I hope that's not her mindset. How we dress should not affect anyone else.
Whatever we decide to wear should give glory to God since we are called to be his representatives. While some men could be vile irrespective of whether we are covered or not, how are we supposed to draw men to God if we take the attention to our bodies rather than Him? It is a little distracting. The Christian walk isn't about what we want/like to hear but what God wants and how he wants us to live. We should never be a stumbling block to others as much as we can. Shalom!

Shall everyone never wear a bathing suit, or a bikini at the beach, or at a lake or a pool while swimming and trying to stay cool while soaking up needed sunshine (in moderation) for Vit D and good health.
Imagine if no Drs, nurses, EMT's, and surgeons could look at the naked body without automatically becoming lustful and having dirty thoughts that were not Christian like and maybe also led to actions that were not Godly.
Artists that draw the naked body admire the beauty of God's artistry, of God's creation that makes everyone unique and beautiful in their own way. The artist is not having feelings of lust.
The naked body is not something to be ashamed of. People can give glory to God by good hygiene, healthy foods, exercise, and enough rest.
I believe in God more than I do a certain religion. I am not about one religion being better or more right than another.
I've always liked Joyce Meyer. I'm not in agreement with what she said about this.
Note: I'm someone that is usually overdressed. Even in my own backyard on a hot day. I should actually wear less.
