As so many other have said here. Superman is THE example of a superhero. Some people have complaints about how he's so overpowered and so he only faces physical adversity when the writers demand. But if anything Superman NEEDS to be OP to be what he's supposed to be. Because what's even more important is why he does it all. The Man of Steel is just a mask so that the real man Clark Kent is able to help people whike also being allowed to enjoy his own life. Because that's essentially what Superman is. He's just another guy on tge street who sees someone in trouble and he immediately rushes to help. And since he's blessed with such incredible power he can withstand practically anything in order to help those that need him.

You know what would be a cool TV show Idea? If its about some person that's in a very bad spot, I mean is in trouble with finances, has issues with their family, the whole thing. Then they find a genie, and think it will solve all his problems. But then he wishes for 2 things first, money and fame in the first episode, but then they'll lose it all in the blink of an eye, and all the episodes after are them building his life up without the genie, saving that last wish for when he thinks he needs it, and in every episode wanting to use it to solve their problem. But they save it. And all through hard work and passion they become successful, fix family bonds, and get them out of the pit they ug themselves. And then on the last episode he doesnt use his last wish, instead just living life normally.
