Thanks for this crystal clear tutorial! I am getting the hang of it now! I have a question: Is it possible to use something like object recognition for the AR to trigger it? Let's say the app detects a certain image or object in real life and then triggers the corresponding AR animation/file?
    Thanks in advance!

Thanks for a very useful AR video! Do you need the Aero app to actually see in AR the project you build on the Desktop app? If it's compulsory then I'll probably need to wait a few weeks until I get an Iphone because my android phone doesn't seem to support the app. I hope they can expand Aero and add more things in the future so that you can use it for building full AR apps.

To my knowledge you need the Aero app on compatible devices to view the project out in the real world. Hope you have been able to test it out!

Hi Stephen, Great video. unfortunately, I couldn't find Adobe Aero on my creative cloud in my Macbook Air M1. says 'Aero is not available for devices using apple silicon'. any solutions?

Ah, it looks like Adobe is still working on making Aero compatible with M1 chips. Some of the more popular programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) are already compatible. If you have an iPhone or an iPad you can use the mobile app.

Unable to import any 2D image in the desktop Aero app

How big are the images? Maybe try restarting aero and use smaller images? It can take a while for assets to appear sometimes.

so is there a way to move this onto an app that people can experience this? or not yet

seems to work best for sharing proof of concept. people can load your aero files and experience them, but geotagging isn't in place yet. there are some options for sharing here: helpx.adobe.com/aero/how-to/publish-share-aero.html i
