The setlist was perfect in my opinion. Choosing Carmen was perfect to utilise Dennis Atlas’ amazing vocals. They need to make the most of him before he inevitably leaves the band to pursue a solo career, he has a very bright future ahead of him.
In an interview, he said that Luke asked him if he'd be able for the next five years. He said the he would. I don't see him choosing to leave. He was in a tribute band. Steady gigs pay, not recording projects.
I love that they are adding new nuggets to the list!!! Makes me want to get out and see them yet again. Haven't seen them with Dennis Atlas and I'm a big supporter. Also a huge Warren Ham song and I do hear the struggles in this song. This is a tougher vocal song to pull off live, especially since they keep saying they barely practice, lol
I never knew they allowed standing up to the stage at the Arena ,be a bit miffed if you paid £175 for a close seat for others to move to the front of the stage. Great band ,Luke is the best there is .
It’ll only get tighter after they play it more on the road. It’s an old song the band never did so they basically only have rehearsals but you need those “red light is on” moments to know how to make it work.
It's interesting to see that the Manchester venue also allowed people to come forward to the barrier, and stand in front of people who had paid for front row seats. It happened at Glasgow too. I would be absolutely pi**ed with security for not doing their job!
@@TSingleton-u4h It’s been 10 years that luke and joseph can’t hit the high notes, so much that the refrains are sung by Warren/ Denis/ Greg, and you are blaming Warren for not performing well at 2 concerts, seriously?
@@TerryKrysinski I love the song as well. But overseas they appreciate the good stuff. In the states they want things bland. When they tour here I don't anticipate it being in the set sadly.
Oh my they played this? Awesome!!!
Best track on that album, IMHO. Bobby Kimball returned better than ever when this came out in 1999.
Joseph Williams sounds amazing still....great band and always willing to throw a few curve balls into the set 🙂

Spot on. Absolutely disgraceful. I would be demanding my money back!
I think those are the people in the front row.
Nope..people just wonder up.@shuttrbug

Is it me, or Warren is struggling a bit with his singing?
Wrong vocalist for that part of the song. He wasn't good at Glasgow either.

@@TSingleton-u4h How can you tell that by listening to this recording? I sure can't... T
@@kurganseth4799 Well he sounded good at the Glasgow concert, but he kinda struggled at this show
Warren is by far not the best singer In the group. Greg or Dennis should’ve sang this. Or just have Joe keep singing it.
Saw them in Glasgow, problem is, it's not one of their better songs....
See them soon in Zürich with Christopher Cross 🎸💪😊
Didn't get the reaction I had hoped for at the end. Perhaps put in goodbye, only the children or girl or good for you instead?
Love that they played this one...very cool. But you may be right about Girl Goodbye right there...nice choice. T

I agree, the reaction is cold. I would add Endless or Mad About You with Dennis on vocals ...
They need to go back to opening with Only the Children. For Mindfields, I prefer "Mad About You" more.
@BeachCPA when they had that as a opener, I saw them 4 times on a that run. The crowd was on their feet Everytime. That song is awesome live.
