I used my LEGO Technic RC boat to survey the area for my next mission!

- In the waters of the bay of Anavissos, a few kilometers away from Athens, lies a crashed US Army aircraft. To explore this wreck I'm going to have to build a new boat, that is more powerful and can tackle the wind and currents of the area. Before building the new boat, however, I used my research boat to survey the waters and gather as much info as possible to overcome this challenge!
Research vessel V1.1 specs :
Propulsion : 2x LEGO L motors
Steering : 1x RC servo motor
Battery : 3-cell LiPo
Remote Controller : FlySky FS-i6 with 6-channel receiver
Electronic Speed Control (ESC) : Hobbywing Quicrun 1060
Footage was shot on LG G6 cellphone (bridge), Apeman A77 action camera (deck), Sony HDR-AS30V action camera (underwater), and DJI Mavic Mini drone (aerial).

The controller I use is the FlySky FS-i6 : www.amazon.com/s?k=flysky+fs-i6&crid=3VWG5BZSMWNB0&sprefix=flysky+fs%2Caps%2C205&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_1_9
Fortunately, for me, I didn't buy them! A friend of mine gave them to me, so I bought only the speed controller (because I blew up the one he gave me).
Advice : Be careful with your boats! If you notice the wind is picking up, or that there are strong currents in the water, bring them home. Just like a drone, it's very easy for an RC boat to drift away, especially if it is underpowered! Take my example : I had only 40 meters to reach that sunken plane, but I brought the boat back just to be safe! The plane will still be there when I return with my new, more powerful build!

You still need to clean off the lens of the stern-view camera.
It's not dirty. I dropped it and there's a small crack on the lens. 🙁
