- I confronted government with the story of a woman who has lost hundreds of thousands of dollars after being vaccine injured.
The payout under the scheme was just a measly $4,000 when the claimant could show she'd clearly lost a 100 times more than that.
Government mandated the jab, coerced millions more into getting it and now won't compensate people for life-changing injuries.
It's why the COVID Royal Commission must also investigate the injury compensation scheme to get to the truth of why big-pharma bureaucrats are being allowed to deny victims their rightful compensation.

Compensation must come from the guilty parties that pushed, mandated, and profited. NOT the long suffering taxpayer.

I just recieved my offer of deed for my claim. (Myo-pericarditis)
My claim was approx $70k. The deed offer is $5.8k. The person assessing my claim would have received more in salary from my injury than they will give me.
Most of my past out of pocket expenses rejected. All of my future out of pocket and future lost income is rejected.
On the plus side, they actually offer me about $1k more in my past lost earning than I was actually claiming. They recalculated my lost time and found me more money somehow. Which is impressive. Probably due to the incredible difficult and cumbersome format they request you enter the information.
My pain and suffering is just an additional fixed percentage of the offer. I can honestly say the pain and suffering I endured is orders of magnitude more than that.
But at this point I just want it to be over. I want closure. $5.8k is ridiculous, especially once the ATO takes its cut. But what can I do?
I’m all for compensation but why do we cop the bill?? We should be pushing for the pharma companies, premiers and pm to pay. They’re responsible for it, not us.

100% the pharma industrial complex should pay (they made tens of billions in profits) , but our politicians allowed them indemnity with the rollout.
So now they expect the victims to pay through taxation rather than hold pharma corporations culpable.

It's all in the contract the governments signed. Indemnity for the pharma companies, a nice pay out for premiers and pm for every target they achieved (a bonus for every so many million vaccines ordered and administered).

Exactly, also amazing is that Judges and lawyers were EXEMPT from any mandatory requirements. I guess they knew the lawyers had enough knowledge to challenge the mandate so didn't push them.

1. Taxpayer dollars are used for compensation, not pharmaceutical company dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. We should be suing pharma and charging people criminally for negligence at best, medical fraud at worst.
2. The claims are clearly not compensating enough for the damages done. A lot of cases of injury are permanent in their scope. Damage to heart tissue is permanent, even if symptoms are temporary. People who suffer from any kind of heart damage have a permanent life expectancy reduction.

If the COVID jab was tested as thoroughly as any other drug approved by the TGA )as the health officials claimed) for use in Australia, why did the drug companies get an indemnity from the government against prosecution for resultant harm? It is those indemnities which put the compensation costs onto the Australian tax payer and why the drug companies are free from liability for injuries that result from the COVID jabs.

Anyone that had the medical experiment deserves nothing. Those of us that didn’t participate, that lost our jobs, should be compensated.
I have some level of sympathy for people with a mortgage and kids to feed, who didn't have time to look into what "the experts" were asking of them. Your medical records are private, and no employer should have the effing right to see them.

Not a criticism of YOU Senator Roberts, but nobody has done a damn thing about all those SACKED for the "gross misconduct" of not participating in a phase 3 medical experiment.
TGA is hardly an unbiased and reputable organisation that can be trusted to decide on compensation payments. See former TGA head honcho Skerrett received a gong in the Monarchs Birthday Awards last week.

I was vaccine injured . About 10 days of AZ shot no 2 presented back to GP with rashes blisters and sores . Referred to specialist . It was an explosion of skin cancers . I’ve lost track of skin grafts cut outs and burn offs . I have rhumatoid arthritis and take methotrexate to help control it . The specialist that I have been seeing for over 15 years told me recently that the vaccine can react with methotrexate and cause side affects. I’ve had 8 days in hospital ( 4 Visits ) . I did an add up of costs since shot N0 2 and the figure is over $35000 . It wasn’t safe nor was it effective.
You were at least listened to. 2 years on, still no treatment or help from any dr I’ve seen. My gp for 5 months said that my pain from tumour and fractures on spine were “in my head !”
