I recently came across your channel, from your study/discipline video, and decided to take a look at it. I saw your videos and the passion and dedication that you have in learning English. I have seen how your progress has plateaued and there was not much improvement over time. That's why as a fluent english speaker myself, I would like to give you a few tips and pointers to help you improve:
1) The main reason why your english is not improving past a certain point is because you are making grammatical errors and have a little trouble forming sentences. So, instead of talking for 30 mins in the mirror everyday. Try talking for only 10 mins while taking a recording and spend the remaining 20 mins in going through the recording and analyzing the mistakes that you made. Try fixing those mistakes and try and search up the vocabulary that you weren't able to recollect while speaking.
Then the next day, record the same video about the same topic while trying to do it better this time without any mistakes. In that way, you can improve your grammatical errors and sentence forming day by day. I really want to stress this, because practicing wrong grammer everyday will only make you better at wrong grammer. So fixing mistakes and improving and not repeating is the best way to go.
2) The second thing that I think you need to do is improve your vocabulary as you have a little trouble expressing your thoughts or what you want to convey. This is because you are trying to convert the sentences that you are trying to speak from hindi to english, instead try to learn 3-4 new vocabulary words everyday.
3) One of the best exercises/drills that I can tell you to do, is reading books or articles that you are interested in out loud. Try to make sure the level of english is basic at first and then slowly try and increase the level of difficulty as you improve. This will be a massive help to your sentence formation, vocabulary and will also give you a topic to speak about in front of the mirror. So, read something out loud and then talk about it in your own words in front of a mirror while recording, and review your recording and fix your mistakes for the next day.

I could feel the amount of hard work and effort that you do, and I just want to not let that go to waste. What you are doing is amazing and don't stop! But don't sacrifice sleep for it, trust me it will just make things worse in the long term.
