Enjoy your videos! Looked at a used Bentley 243 Navigator, was told it's a Sport toon, which was a option in building these boats. I was told to avoid Sport toon? What do you think Sport toon or full tritoon? Thanks and best wishes
Depends on where and how you'll use the boat... here's my take on it: ua-cam.com/video/EOyDQpREKkQ/v-deo.htmlsi=b8_FC6bnvWSPcCvS (go to like 4-5 minutes in and talk about sport tubes)
Just would like to confirm something. I just went to the Harris site. Did the exact same 23 foot selection. I get a 31K starting price vs the 21K in this vid. Inflation?!???
Capt Matt, I really enjoy your video's. Do you have any recommendations on a 2 tube pontoon around 50k with a 150hp motor. We have a place on a shallow lake and want a scissors lift trailer for easier launching. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
We picked up a Harris Sunliner 21 with a 90hp motor. Just two tubes. Well under the $50k, but I wish we had a Bimini that is easy to lower and raise. The base one is a pain. Otherwise we love the boat.
Any thoughts on an update to this? It seems that pricing has gone up by more than 20%. The price for the Bennington looked like it was above $60K now. Thanks,
@@BoatBuyersSecretWeapon Yes, that was on a 2020 Sylvan L5 DLZ Bar Boat. $18,900 for just the motor. $21k rigged, non digital. I think that's a fantastic price. Optioned out pretty well, the boat was $68,940 and that was with the SPX tritoon setup.

This was a perfect video for me! Great comparison of the major brands which is what I was looking for!
Your videos are addictive lol. So happy I found your channel.
Another excellent and informative video! Thank you Capt. Matt (a.k.a. Obi-Wan)
Great vid Matt, just got a quote on a Harris 210 with the sport toon and 150hp and trailer 65k
@@BoatBuyersSecretWeapon cruiser...Had the trailer priced at 6500.00 that seems steep to me???

Fast forward to 2021 and this is now a $70k boat
We live on a shallow lake so my family is just trying to find a tri toon that can be ran good for watersports
Of these brands which do you think has the best Bimini top? Best meaning easiest to use and most durable!
@@BoatBuyersSecretWeapon Thanks!

Which is better. Round tubes or square tubes?
Great video. Any recommendations for a tritoon on salt water. I be using it in the Caribbean waters.
@@BoatBuyersSecretWeapon Thank you
What kind of speed with these tools and engine combos?
19.43 sec. The motor you wanted didn't update correctly in the summary. It is about 43,976 with the motor you wanted when I did the same thing.
I wished I had watched this before buying my pontoon boat.
Do you recommend extended warranties on outboard motors?
How much is the trailer?

Thanks,
Are any of the 7 in Florida?
Why does suntracker not offer a 24 ft tritoon package?
What about a trailer? How much?
What about small power catamarans?
I simply do not understand why there is a growing trend to do away with the Starboard gate. (Especially on boats 24 ft+) Makes no sense.
Buying a tritoon soon. 23-24'. What are your thoughts on the right tow rig? 1500 5.0L V8, or 2500?
@@BoatBuyersSecretWeapon Thanks!
What would you say is the best family/fish pontoon under 50k?
@@BoatBuyersSecretWeapon tritoon. Would prefer 200hp. I will be fishing in the Midwest.

@@BoatBuyersSecretWeapon okay. A little to far for me but have fun!

no cover no trailer and prices are higher than a mountain now
$26k for a 150?!! I was given a price of $21k for a Suzuki 300 duo prop.

@@BoatBuyersSecretWeapon The original price I got was from Riva Motorsports in Florida. And my local dealer said he would beat it.
LMAO, you'll be able to negotiate. Not in the last year, and still, you won't.
