I live nearby... how much our maintenance fees for this suite? $500-$600 per month? The smaller units run at about $400+ per month.
Hi Helen, it's a lovely area, I hope you enjoy it. The maintenance fees for this unit are $728.39 per month, this includes the maintenance fee portion for the parking and locker but does not include hydro, cable, internet.
@@HomeAndCondo that's too much?? Lol...kinda silly...it will end up being another mortgage payment in a few years.
This kitchen is a much better size than most newer condos . I hate the recent trend of tiny "european inspired" kitchens in new toronto condos.
