Back in 2020, one week into the pandemic, I released an entirely bodyweight program that changed my life forever and the lives of thousands of other people…
Maybe you tried it? It was called Elements.
To this date it has been my most successful program both in sales but also in results.
    Why?
Well probably because it was very affordable (it was $10 for the pdf version and later for $35 on the app)
But also because it allowed many people to begin to explore and experience their own body…for the first time in a long time.
And whilst Elements is still a great program, and one I very much believe in, I’ve learned a great deal about the mind and the body in these last few years.
More integration, more balance, more complex movement patterns…
But also I’ve come to appreciate even more, the power of the simple things.
    Breathing.
    Walking.
    Squats.
    Lunges.
    Pushups.
These are the things that matter.
But after 3 years there were some things that I wanted to add, or change to elements…
So rather than updating Elements and fixing something that ain’t broken, I decide to release a sequel.
One that sticks by those same fundamental principles of balance and simplicity…
But also takes this up another level.
It’s a 4 phase program that is designed to be done in around 90 days.
You can learn about these 4 phases and what they are designed for in this video.
So if you loved Elements and you’re looking for a program with the same format with some brand new material then this one is for you!
For a limited time you can use code Chase10 to get 10% off Elements 102
    chasemountains.io/elements-102/
I’ll see you on the summit.
    Chase
PS - Elements 102 includes access to my new community platform called ‘the Summit’ where you can interact with me and the other members while you go through the program!

Thank you for making this and for not making me watch hours of infomercials to find the price! This is great!

Hi Chase! Me and my wife really love hiking, bikepacking etc. but as we're from the Netherlands we're really used to flat terrain. We're currently staying with a friend in Austria and we're hiking a lot as well here. As you might have guessed the muscle soreness is REAL. Our legs aren't used to the mountains 😂 We were thinking about hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc next summer, our son will be 2 years old sop we feel comfortable taking him for a longer thru hike instead of doing day hikes from a basecamp. Now the question: how can we train our bodies the best for the mountains while living in the flattest country in the world? Hope you have some tips because we would love to be better at tackling the mountains :) Thanks!

Hi Chase. I'm new to your videos (less than a week) and I've been watching many of them. Amazing stuff here! Thank you so much for investing your life in helping so many others. I'm a cyclist (mostly indoors on Zwift now) but have recently become more interested in hiking. One thing I'm not totally clear on: Is your original Elements program foundational (necessary to do first) to prepare me for the Elements 102 sequel or, would I be able to start at my own pace on 102? I'm 68 in decent shape for my age (BMI 21, Resting HR 58, Blood pressure 106/66) and have no medical restrictions, but I want to start with the right program. Thanks for your advice.

Hi Chase, I've been following your original Elements and Hike Strong programs to help me with hiking when I'm hunting in the Victorian high country. It's really helped get my core, hips, glutes working making my trips much more enjoyable with very little soreness.. I'm keen on your Elements 102 program, but was wandering, will there be PDF versions to download as well ?...cheers

Hi Chase, great content as usual, I have a question regarding hiking. I’m going on my first hike in Norway during the summer and am quite unsure of gear I’ll need for some day hikes. Are there any lists that you know of that are good for beginners to know what to get for layers and how many layers to bring and what kind of things will be essential? Keep up the great work and thanks in advance if you respond!

Hello Sir! I love what you do and I am very interested in what you have to offer. I've been watching your video for a long time now and I would love to get into something to feel better with myself. I'm 41 now and I have severe anxiety disorder and breathing always been an issue for me so I think I could benefit from this but also I would like to ask for someone like me who do daily walking with my dog for years now but never did do running would it be safe for me to do considering my health situation? Thank you!

Do you cover strength training and balance that would help with technical descents? I feel that is a major weakness for me as I'm quite strong at uphills.

Hello! I recently started climbing, so I'm now alternating climbing sessions (or weekends in the crag) with gym sessions/strength training to help me in my climbing. Would this program be suitable/relevant for climbers, and how? Climbing is a lot about core strength, improving active flexibility (and there's some good hiking to get to some crags), so I can see some potential benefits, but I'd love to hear your thoughts :)

Have you ever had an injury on your forefoot? The big cushiony part before the big toe.. Had it swell up bad 4 months ago, took some time off to rest it but been trying to hike again and the pain remains!! Just curious if you ever experienced that hoping its not a surgery thing
