Be honest, Ski is an incredible writer and rapper and is a fun hypeman/is mad charismatic. But I HATE how he doesn't actually rap his parts and relies so much on backing tracks. It makes sense for no talent rappers but this dude (and honestly xxx too) are/were too talented to be doing this. Denzel and Pouya are in a similar vein as Ski and XXX and they really rap a lot of their parts live. When it's mostly backing track, it's like mostly a DJ performance with Ski as a hypeman instead of him performing his songs. Would it kill the dude to rehearse his set more and do some more cardio at the gym to be able to perform better? Nah, but maybe as he gets older he'll change.
