    I did it like you said and it stuck to the pan. What am I doing wrong?

    My fish never browns like this! What am I doing wrong please? Mine stays kind of pasty white even though I coat it with cornflour before frying. And if I leave it in the pan to brown it overcooks! Heeeelp

      Probably too low of a heat.

      Sounds like you're not using enough oil and/or it's not hot enough. To know the oil is ready flick just a little bit of flour in the oil and it should fry. Your flame should be around medium. Fish Cooks quickly. Good luck.
