Giles Cory was my 9th great-grandfather and I love going to Salem.
I have stayed a week out on Winter Island in my RV and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had only one odd experience--My dog kept turning on my left turn signal in the RV when I would leave him and my cat safely inside the RV. I traveled coast to coast with both my cat and dog and we all had a fun time.
I did leave flowers on my great-grandfather’s memorial marker(the accused were refused Christian burials) and some on his first wife’s(Mary Cory) my 9th great-grandmother’s grave in the oldest cemetery in Salem.
I have visited more than once and enjoyed every minute of my time there.

The villains in this story is the liars who bare false witness against innocent people.
    Period.
There are thousands of men sitting in a jail cell today, who have suffered the exact same fate.

I would not want to live in Salem, So much bad energy. I don't think I could get the picture of the suffering of these people out of my head.

Aquila Chase sold his farm in Hampton to his brother Thomas & yeeted off to Newbury in 1645 after being admonished in Ipswich at Quarter Court for picking peas on the sabbath. His wife & her brother got it too. Wheeler was their surname. They were mariners from Somerset. Petty knights of Somerset I think. Petyus? Pettyse? One of them was a high sheriff of Norfolk or something. ✌️🙏🇺🇸

Not a curse but transgenerational trauma, guilt and shame…

There is a certain irony that the narcissism of people in the 21st century allows them to take on the narcissism of people living in the 17th century - bizarre attention seeking.

350 years later... and they still believe in ghosts and "curses" and all that nonsense. :-D Pass.

If there was a curse or haunting, then that means they were in fact witches. If they were witches, then they weren’t wrongfully accused.

It's not the church, it's the humans who want control.

The Protestant Church has created everything that you have ever seen/known/wanted/had and has freed the inhabitants of the world from the disease/slavery/starvation/ignorance/misery/et cetera that had engulfed humanity since the dawn of time.

Seperation of church and state, but come 2024, & we've got Christian Nationalism blooming. History repeating.
