it's amazing how people overtighten everything. i firmly believe that anyone who wants to work on cars that hasn't been professionally trained should start out with a good medium priced torque wrench and set the fastners to factory torque. that way they will get to learn the feel of what to tighten everything down to.

The important thing is to change the oil on a regular basis. Metal filings drain out with the oil and the insides love clean oil.

FYI extensions and adaptors make no difference to torque specs
You go on about idiots and you say you can drain your oil over night you can't do that with the 10min oil charges on some cars ah
This is about Prado and Hilux vehicles. If you own a car that requires a 10 minute change then obviously this isn’t that channel.
