Welcome to the club😎. Build in effects will effect on your learning/practicing. You will practice more than you would do it with regular guitar. Effects are really cool and this option inspires me to practice more than I ever did. I belive you won't regret😉 BTW: lava music is not paying me. I bought this guitar for my own money. And I can say that there few little flaws in this model.
