Definitely great find, I also grew with the 90s Barbie’s (Born on 91) and she is my favorite. I also manage to find Hollywood Barbie, Teresa ( missing shoes) and Skipper.
Oh that's so cool you found all of them! Did their hair still work? I was reading about it, it seems like if you wash the hair it gets rid of the special treatment that makes it change color.

If it makes you feel better, you look way younger than 31 😄 Superstar Barbie is what I grew up with too. She’s so pretty!!!😍 I remember Barbie shoes always falling off from back then! I thought it was this Barbie too that had the branded hairspray. Ah man too bad the mist didn’t work but yes shes too absolutely gorgeous!!

Both dolls look amazing!! Never had any of them but I remember watching the commercials for Hollywood Hair Barbie. I would had loved to had gotten Hollywood Hair Barbie, love the way her earrings move!! I just love white and gold color scheme!!
@@KATC You were so right about how expensive she is out of box and in box on eBay!! Do you know Chad Marvelous on UA-cam? He found both an in box and out of box Hollywood hair barbie. ( I think ) LOL He tryed the mist in the box on both dolls didn't work too many years, so he found a home-made magic hair mist recipe on line and it works!! BUT if the dolls hair is washed then the home-made mist will not work, because whatever is in the hair to make the color change will go away when washed. Princess and the pea is absolutely one of my favorites! I remember wanting her so bad growing up and i never got her. Finally did for my birthday a couple of years ago and i was so happy! Yeah her shoes are just little purple flats, so they fall off pretty easily. I've got other purple shoes i put on her sometimes, but her dress is long enough that you can't even tell. And you're missing her little pillow with a "pea" sewn in the middle. OHMYGOSH NO WAY YOU'RE A 92 BABY TOO?? SO AM I!! What time of the year? I'm a November baby! Shhh we're not old, we're collector's items🙃🤣 Oh wow i didn't realize Hollywood hair went for so much. Congratulations on getting her! And for so cheap! I haven't really looked for her as I'm more into wanting the jewel hair mermaids and totally hair barbies and those get expensive 🥴 also i think maybe you're thinking of either totally hair barbie or glitter hair barbie for the hair products, because totally hair came with Dep hair gel, and glitter hair came with L.A. looks glitter gel. I guarantee i would have used that little gold skirt as part of an ice skating costume, because i was obsessed with ice skating as a kid😂 my dolls were always skating. Oh and those gold boots are very similar to a pink pair my dolls have, they fall off easily too so maybe it's just that design. Something about the way they're made inside doesn't let the doll's feet stay in place well.
Oh I didn't realize she had a pillow, but I guess that makes sense! I'm so glad you were finally able to get her after all this time!! Omg we have so much in common it's wild 🤣 I'm an October baby, so we're pretty close! Yeah, the jewel hair are super expensive. I got very lucky and snagged one from am instagram seller who was in pretty rough shape so she was cheap, but had her complete mermaid outfit and even her shoes under her tail! I was able to get her hair under control but lost a bunch in the process 😂 You're probably right I'm thinking of totally hair Barbie. I can totally see the gold skirt as a skating skirt, it's perfect! And okay, I'm glad I'm not the only one struggling with the boots lol
@@KATC yeah it was a very small pillow, she's actually holding it in the picture of the box you showed in the video, her bent arm holds the pillow. It's just a little prop, can be used as a decorative pillow as it's not really useful as a bed pillow, but it's made of the same brocade as her dress. It's super cute. Oh wow so it's getting close to your birthday then😂 yeah it's wild how much is similar! Here I go all my life without ever meeting someone like me, and now I've done it twice in the last couple of years 😂 oh I don't really care much about the outfits for the jewel hair mermaids, I just want them for their super long hair😂 I've seen them go for cheap when their hair is cut, but that's the whole reason I want them is to play with that gorgeous hair. So yeah no luck yet. I do have the teresa, she was in a box of dolls from a yard sale, but her hair is cut and she has midge's outfit. Her hair is still long, past her knees, but it's not as long as it should be. But yeah because of how expensive they get they're not at the top of my search list for now, because there's so many different dolls I'm after😂 childhood desires and adult discoveries, and new stuff😂 yeah I was absolutely obsessed with ice skating, even though I've never been in my life, but alot of my dolls needed to be ice skaters, so anything that looked like it could be a skating costume, became one. 😂

Yes, I love the moving earrings! We barely get that now, so it's impressive to see it on an older doll. I'm so glad I was able to find her.❤️

YESSSSSSSS💜 great finds!!! Hollywood hair has a saran that has color changing hair fibers. Shes a very cool doll, but sometimes they don’t work.
