I just wanted to tell you that I spent the better part of the evening searching for a shipping video I had run across over a year ago. It was yours and the most informative I've seen. I subscribed to your channel prior to that when I was just beginning actually painting with the pastels I had collected prior to knowing what I was doing. Your pastels for beginners is completely accurate and well thought out. Although I could have saved some money, I do love all my pastels (mostly unisons, nupastels and schminckes). I'm very fond of your art and style and mine is developing similar to yours. I will be following you for a very long time. Top of my list...Thanks

I am an oil painter but I want to learn pastels . I like your videos because you paint in a sequence like I do : Dark to light, sky first, etc. Your teaching is well done and I can't wait to try them. I subscribed and joined your Patreon . I love clouds too!
About eight months ago I picked up the pastels. Now I find them to be so versatile and so gratifying as well. Learning from many artists who have videos on you tube. You have an easy flow which is really helpful.

Skies and all their many moods are my absolute favorite and are the reason I am getting into pastels (I’m 3 months old ☺️) So thank you for helping me have some kind of direction on how to go about CLOUDS! Now during lockdown we find ourselves in not a very pretty town... BUT.. we do have AMAZING skies, so thanks a Mill! 🤗 It was an easy subscribe for me!

Oh I so love this painting and your style! You mentioned Terry Ludwig Beacon Blue….but on his website they only have numbers…..so what is the color number please?
I had to go back and re-listen at her comments. The Beacon Blue is actually a Great America pastel, not a TL. Great America has names for their pastels.

This is a classic and excellent painting. I do like it. But I think the cloud is a little bit too heavy and big, not so balanced to the ground.
wonderful scenery! almost the same technique as Marla, Magalnis and others on youtube. Suggestion: try to transmit with availability of subtitles in Spanish to be able to follow them better from the Spanish-speaking public, very numerous, too. Thank you

Yes, it's Beacon Blue by Great American. They have several in this "line" from darker to lighter values.

That is a Richeson Hand Rolled pastel! :)
