Hello, I have RPS 4.10.9 and i have a FPA-5000 with 2.21 firmware, but i cant connect to ethernet. I can connect with usb but not with ethernet. With a older version 2.13 firmware its easy to connect with ethernet but after the version 2.20 i dont see the option on rps to connect with ethernet, I can ping the panel but i cant see the option to connect with ethernet. do you have an idea what may be?
