There should be easy way to tranfer data without paying bunch of more money. The tester has a lock functionality by paywall due to the subscription nature of there software. If you are not ready to pay a hefty subscription price in order to be able to use data transfer then go with lower range mft as the new tester does not provide bang for the buck at all. Not sure why as well the updates can be done via the Bluetooth as even cheap watches can do that. No option to export the data as a txt file or any other easy way.
