Just got back from the local shop looking for tires. Asked the guy what they had and he said they sold an xmr last year and had a new set of mega mayhems they took off due to owner wanting something different. Brand new yet and walked out with them at $100 a tire. Pretty happy about it.
I love your videos, I just changed my quad for an rzr 1000xp I do a lot of skeg I wonder what you advise me between these choices Outlaw max 32 motohavoks 32
Hey tell Seth I Sold my 2021 850xmr Babylander the other day, picked up a new renegade 1k in its place. hope to see you guys on the trails before the next upgrade!
The motohavoks would definitely dominate because of the deeper lugs. They are also actually smoother at low speeds due to the closer lug design. The Zillas are still a great all around tire. There is a bit of chatter at speeds below 5mph on hard packed with them
@@LetDirtFly I ride on asphalt frequently to get from spot to spot so do you think they would handle that better than the zillas? And how about motohavok’s vs aztex
@@jeremys8360 The Zillas are very soft compound that the asphalt will eat up. The Motos are better for asphalt, the Terache handles it ok unless you're doing full pulls for a while. lol we tore them up a little doing the clutch shootout.
@@jeremys8360 No. They look great, similar to the xm310 but with staggered tread to help with handling on trails. From what I have seen they work well.
Hey boys, it’s been a minute since you did this video and I appreciate all the work you out into them. You always offer some amazing perspective and advice. I do have a question about your XMR 650 though. Has all the modification created axle issues. If I missed that you upgraded them I apologize to ask. Did you have to upgrade from stock axles when you went to the 31”? I’m looking to upgrade with the clutch and footwells for clearance but wanted to know if I’m into axles at the same time. I appreciate any advice 😊👍🏻. Thank you
@@skylerfarris2556 doubtful, it would rub the foot wells at the back I’m sure. I haven’t lifted mine other than changing out the footwells and the front tires rub the front fenders on certain terrain if you’re coming down to hard. I maxed the shock adjustment and it rides like a tank. I ended up blowing shock and I believe without the shock it came down to hard and actually stretched my CV Shaft breaking the boot at the lock band. The XMR certainly doesn’t ride as nice as my friends XTP’s
Did y’all have to do anything to make the XM310s to fit on the 850? I have a 23 outlander 850 and are thinking of going to them, also would you choose them over the ITP Cryptid tires
Does the 32s rub on the 650? And did you do anything to help clear them, just recently got a outlander xmr650 and wanting more tire then these 30” cryptids
Hey. Love to do a colab with you guys if I get a chance to get up there to New York. Also marshal if you want a real hole for hole challenge. Love to do one with. My setup is xmr 650 22, white spring in secondary 29.5x8x14 assasinators rjwc crossflow and a costom tune. So it would be fair
Loving them. Admittedly, they’re not the best mud tire out there compared to something like Aztex or Assassinators, but I think they’re one of the best all around tires. They ride extremely smooth on the trails and they still do killer in the mud.
Awesome video guys! the outro rocks too... love that song!
Thanks cris. it is a good song
great video Marshall and Seth!
I have 28 Motohavok 2022 can am outlander 1000R XT with 1.5 inch lift kit and I love them .

Outlaw max 32
motohavoks 32
Both are nice tires. I'm not sure what would be better in the skeg. Motos are a smoother riding tire.

I want both. I do keep looking to see if i can find one for cheap. Marshall thinks I'm crazy for wanting it.
Great video guys. Awesome job
Thanks Tony
So if I have a outlander 570 xmr would system 3 29 inch or 30 inch motohavoks be better stock
They would.
I’d you had to compare motohavoks to zillas, same size, would you say motohavoks would dominate them in the marsh/bottomless mud?
The motohavoks would definitely dominate because of the deeper lugs. They are also actually smoother at low speeds due to the closer lug design. The Zillas are still a great all around tire. There is a bit of chatter at speeds below 5mph on hard packed with them

They are good tires.

Marshall did bit break 1 rear axle when he went to 32s but the 31s were fine.

That was stock set up. They did rub a little. Would recommend the quad logic footwells . They fit 32's and look great.
10-4 thanks for the reply
How does the Aztex compare to the tires in this video? I have 32” aztex going on my 650xmr
My opinion is they are better then both of these for mud, and maybe all around. You'll see them again soon
@@sethharman3006 thanks for the reply
Whats the set up on the havocs
Hey so did you guys doing any trimming for those havoks? I have a 2022 xmr 850 and I want to get 31inch havoks but I do not want to trim
They rub a little bit right now without any trimming. I just bought some S3 forward a-arms for the 650 so hopefully no more rubbing lol
What do y’all use for communication? Seems like y’all can hear each other perfectly while riding.
Lexin b4fm's
No issues with either of these tires rubbing with stock floorboards? I'm thinking about getting the 31" motohavoks for my 2016 outlander 850 xmr.
Didn't notice the 31s rubbing. Maybe once but that was it.
Wide outlaws on the back skinny on the front 29.5s for the 650 31s for the 850 and let em eat
Does the 32s rub on the 650? And did you do anything to help clear them, just recently got a outlander xmr650 and wanting more tire then these 30” cryptids
they did. Marshall installed extended swing arms and a arms. you could do floor boards and fit 32's
hey guys so did you have to do any trimming to the 31s 310s on the quad?
No trimming needed on the 850. The 850's suspention is stipp.

@@dansmith8933 we should be coming to aoaa soon. keep an eye out for the date.
Quick question how did you fit 32 motohavoks on stock floorboards?
Stretched S3 forward a-arm and trailing arms.
How do you guys manage the fierce heat the outlanders throw out ? My 850 runs hot……
the waders really help with that. If i'm not wearing them is is hot.
I would love to come ride with you guys some time Great vid!
Will those xm310s on the 850 rub with two people?
Yeah probably.
