Don't get me wrong, I'm a Note 10 plus user.
People talk a lot of shit about Apple having better battery life, but I've never once thought "I wished my Galaxy had a better battery". I see people at the airport with iPhones plugged into the wall like crazy.
drjd2real that really doesn’t prove anything, and maybe it’s because iPhones are way more common in the USA? Also that they want to have a full charged phone before they land, whenever I go to the airport I always charge my phone even if it’s at 80%
Also having so many features and customization options leads to confusion for ignorant people and the elders who rarely have smartphones. iOS is and has always been easier to use which is most my family and friends have chosen it.
How I feel be it I have owned both iPhone and Samsung S series phones, is that iPhones are for simple people. Point blank. The simplicity of the iPhone is generic, yes, but so are Jordan’s. But people buy them because of the brand name. iPhone have out performed Samsung’s in the past with lower specs which is crazy. But iPhone doesn’t make their phones 100%. Other companies like Samsung and others make them. Samsung has always been top dog in the cellular industry. Point blank. They come out with the newest technology first, their renditions and styling never stays the same for more than 3 or 4 years, and they pack in a lot more power and sell at a lower consumer price. The cameras are the same. I don’t care who you are or what you me preference is. They are both amazing cameras. Now Samsung has been polishing their 4K 60fps video feed for years. It’s seamless. The iPhone pushes itself a tad bit too hard and actually records at 52fps. Not too big of a noticeable difference to people not looking for it. Overall, both phones are great for what they are built for. I’m getting the Note 10+ Wednesday because I love the freedom of having an actual PC in my pocket with little to no restrictions on what I can and cannot do.
Android I love the customisation, the fact that I can download apk for manga reading and games that are not released yet. I love how it has many apps that are free and the fact that the storage can be expanded with micro sd card. I love how it has extra functions like reverse charging and nfc. Iphone i love the simplicity. Even though it might be generic but its easy to use like that. I must say I don’t use many extra features on android even though I love it except for nfc. I love iphone’s camera better (my preference) and video quality and I love how the app is compatible with the ios, thus better quality of instagram story through iphone. I run business through instagram and thus need a better quality of instagram posts and story. I also noticed that androids can’t promote instagram story (it kept saying the aspect ratio is not compatible even when using the instagram camera itself) but Iphone can. In conclusion, I love both lol.
The Samsung that makes all the phones, tablets, watches and stuff, is separate from the Samsung display place, they have the same name, but they’re technically not the same thing.
Dodo Raslan XS Max It, along with all the Apple products I've had (a couple dozen), takes too long to recognize my finger tap when I go back and forth between parts of apps. For example Messages. When I tap a conversation to open it up and then immediately tap the blue arrow in the top left corner to go back to my conversations, even though the arrow shows up, it doesn't recognize my tap for around a second. I know it's not long but when you're trying to efficiently go through different parts of apps and your constantly double tapping a selection because it doesn't recognize your first tap, it gets very, very aggravating. I've never had that problem with any Note or Galaxy I've had. They're fast 🔥 Also this camera is disappointing too. It doesn't take clear pictures up close like my old Galaxy S8. You gotta back it up further to get it to focus. Plus a lot of other little disappointing parts to this phone is making me change.

Great video, but you have missed a lot of features that are on the Note and are not on the iPhone. Both phones are great. To be honest, the fact you get 256GB of base storage and can use an SD card to get more for the same price as a 64GB 11 Pro Max that still doesn't have expandable memory card option is reason enough alone to give the nod to the Note 10+

Try using them in bright sunlight and you’d immediately notice the difference that Samsung is much brighter and legible in sunlight. My 2 cents.
There is a lot more features in the 10 plus that were not mentioned like the ability to use it like a desktop computer and how it is so customizable compared to apple .Samsung gets my money .

Now night mode detects automatically. I m very happy with this phone. Stereo speakers sounds way better than iPhone 11 pro max.
I've already bought Note 10+5G version and I'm pretty happy with my decision! S-pen feels very soft and it doesn't feels like it is an extra device for your phone at all, especially when you need that extra s-pen features. Of course I have also found some small disadvantages in overall usage, but it still seems like neither future Pixel 4XL nor already released 11 Pro will beat it in its premium square, bezeless design and feature-rich technological decisions from Samsung , as for my personal opinion. So yeap Note 10+ seems like a well elaborated flagship device of this year!
Man these are my thoughts exactly. But the problem is I have Samsung right now(S7 edge) and I am thinking of buying iPhone this time. I don't know if it's just my personal experience but Samsung don't age well as compared to iPhone. And unlike reviewers I (and most average users) can't buy a new phone every year and generally want to use a phone for 3-4 years. Maybe this happened to just to me but having this experience affects my choice of buying Samsung again.
@@keshavchaudhary547 I am literally in the same exact situation! I have the S7 edge and want to switch it up a bit. Google should have focused more on battery too after iPhone having such a huge bump in battery.
After using Note 10+ for a while, I can say nothing can match its usefulness when it comes to image or video editing. S pen is so useful while using the sliders, brushes, etc in apps like Adobe Lightroom. Android 10 gesture navigation is similar to iOS, with the addition of back swipe. One UI2 makes it perfect for one hand usage, even if the phone is so big.
Note 10+ here. I don't think it is wise to pay 600$ extra just to have a slightly better camera. In this much money you can have a reasonable professional camera which is obviously better than any smartphone camera. But again it is ones personal choice. I initially thought to buy Iphone 11 pro but then changed my mind and got Note 10. And I'm really happy with my decision. I mean what's the point to have a phone which you cannot explore or enjoy. I can't pay huge money just for flexing honestly.

"It does so with about 1/3 of the RAM" The Android would be using the same amount of RAM give or take. The Android just has access to more when it needs it, also so it doesn't have to flash the RAM for a game.
Jamie C So what your saying is Samsung put unnecessary RAM in their phones that people don’t even need. Sounds like their trying to ramp up their prices.
@@gordontardy6510 No, I'm saying they future proof them because as Android users we can go to Lineage OS (or any other Modded OS for that matter) when the updates eventually stop and still be able to operate at speed and under load. It's better value for money in the long run. With Apple you don't have this option. Also read the full quote "The Android would be using the same amount of RAM give or take. *The Android just has access to more when it needs it, also so it doesn't have to flash the RAM for a game* ." Talking about Samsung "ramping up their prices while talking about an Apple product. LOL
Jamie C The fact is that android users shouldn’t have to use a modded OS in the first place. You don’t have this option on iOS because older phones are still supported on the newest updates. The iPhone 6s is still supported on iOS 13. Phones last longer on iOS which is exactly why that feature doesn’t exist for iPhones. The iPhone 11 only has 4gb of RAM and yet it will most likely be supported for the next 4 or 5 years and maybe even 6 years. That’s what I was trying to say earlier is that there is no need for 12 gb of RAM and yet a phone with less RAM lasts longer on updates with the phone that has more RAM. Which is why the RAM is unnecessary and they’re adding more for no reason when they can just support their phones longer. And yeah putting more RAM in a phone will ramp up the price so therefore they are ramping up their prices.
@@gordontardy6510 The modded OS's are for after the lifecycle "ends", not end like an iPhone end which is an actual end. Take myself for instance. I have a Oneplus 3 which got it's last security update in October but this doesn't mean the end of the phone's lifecycle like it would for an iPhone. It still runs extremely quickly and solidly with the latest apps. The only physical change I'll need to my OP3 is probably a new battery at some stage in the future though I still get a day's use out of a charge now. My phone has Android 9 at the moment and since the last security update came out I'll soon move to A10 and all of the latest security updates. Can you do that when Apple discontinue your phones service? Nope! I'll switch to Lineage or similar and get another few years from the phone. So no, the RAM is not unnecessary. It still runs quickly and quite solidly with the latest apps so the lack of an update doesn't stop it being usable and doesn't make it less secure unlike an iPhone at the end of it's cycle which becomes insecure and basically a paperweight. So the OP3 was released in June '16 which is when I got it. I got 3 years of updates and will easily get another 3-4 and maybe more considering people are still using the OP1 that was released in June '14 and can still play games like PUBG Mobile etc. This is why hardware future proofing is a good thing. The reason Apple keep updates for that slight bit longer is purely because they have one OS for many phones so it's easier to do. The reason they give you less RAM is to skim on future performance so you have to buy a new handset for about $1000 - $1200 (the newer ones maybe way more). When the updates stop it becomes unusable so in the long run Apple iOS has a shorter life so please stop saying the iPhones have a longer life. There are still Oneplus 1's out there running Lineage and doing fine and there are still people developing updates for it. How many iPhones before the 6S are still up to date with the latest updates and OS?
@@Fixievids unless you are a coder....you cant tell me lineage os is safer... especially not vs an outdated os. You effectively remove the wall (insert manufacturer) gave you and open it up to the trust of the developers. If you screw up any part of that your phone is highly exposed to just about anything. Dodgy download from a fake lineage site? Compromised......if you know what you are doing that isnt a problem...not for the average user. For the record, I own both sammy and apple

Shark Deepwater8 There is a feature on the iPhone X models that if you have multiple applications open. I have had an iPhone XS for a year now and am still using that and before that had a 6s and never ever had to or needed to use split screen. It would be a cool feature to add but it would make me feel like it’s just another gimmick I will never really use and it will be copied from Android OS. I would also like to mention that nobody would care about split screen over privacy. I hope that you know that Google does sell your data to companies and be-trade your privacy. Apple and Microsoft have decided not to sell their users data and turned down the FBI.
@@gordontardy6510 BS about Apple and Microsoft turning down the FBI. As for Apple's privacy? You can save that too. Apple's security is just as vulnerable as any other technology. The Chinese have been milling around Apple's ecosystem for years. The Chinese make the iPhone. They have been stealing ideas and creating their own products. In order for ANY company to have products made in China. You have to use a Chinese owned factory. You are also required to give access to secrets and patents. Companies are so willing to increase profits, they agree. So let's talk split screen. I use split screen with spread sheets and calculator, UA-cam and Amazon to review a product and shop for it. I use split screen with Evernote and my bank. To match up receipts to my account. I've used Duo (Google's FaceTime which it more clear than FaceTime) and the internet. I can hold a video call with someone while surfing the net. Reading to that person info. I've used Duo and texted at the same time. The Apple user will call it a gimmick. Just because they don't have it. Apple has not been the same since Steve Jobs died. Even Jony Ive, chief designer has left Apple. He actually left Apple years ago. But kept an office and played the role like he was still there. How embarrassing is that? Now Jony is about to start his own design company called LoveFrom. Looking at you, future 1TB Micro SD! The iPhone only has a camera and great battery, that’s it.The greatest weakness of the iPhone for a poweruser is that it still is tied to lightning connectors and not USB-C like the iPad Pro.

md030201 45 watt charging is nice and all but it degrades the battery quick.
fast charging is not good...try use normal charging if nor urgent... battery will more stable and lasting
People talk a lot of shit about Apple having better battery life, but I've never once thought "I wished my Galaxy had a better battery". I see people at the airport with iPhones plugged into the wall like crazy.
From what I've read, there's an insignificant difference between the 45 and 25.
drjd2real that really doesn’t prove anything, and maybe it’s because iPhones are way more common in the USA? Also that they want to have a full charged phone before they land, whenever I go to the airport I always charge my phone even if it’s at 80%
One of my favourite things about android phones is the customisation options, makes it feel much more like yours and not just a generic phone
but its too much
@@lorinczervin321 How? You can get a launcher from the app store that is really simple if your into stuff like that (like Niagra Launcher)

@@ramblin_man23 what iphone u got?
Dodo Raslan XS Max
It, along with all the Apple products I've had (a couple dozen), takes too long to recognize my finger tap when I go back and forth between parts of apps. They're fast 🔥
Also this camera is disappointing too. It doesn't take clear pictures up close like my old Galaxy S8. You gotta back it up further to get it to focus. Plus a lot of other little disappointing parts to this phone is making me change.

Talking about Samsung "ramping up their prices while talking about an Apple product.
I've been a massive Note fanboy since the Note 5, which is my favorite smartphone of all time (I built my business up to insane profitability back in 15', and my Note5 was my indespensible business partner) and I still have it sitting on my desk- I even use it to photograph from time to time... I DO have the Note10+ 5g as my device for my business- it's a stunner for sure, and the display is off the charts amazing in person. That said, I've also been a massive iPhone fanboy since the X, and I currently also have the iPhone 11 Pro Max as my personal daily driver. It's a completely different experience, but no less impressive; considering the Note10 specs, you would think the iPhone would lose in a dick-wagging contest. It does not. The iPhone is right there performance wise. I feel I'm getting the best of the best, and have no issues liking both. Sure not everyone is going to want to have two devices, but you really aren't compromising by getting one or the other.
Note 10+ any day. I have both as well and I can tell you that I get bored of the Iphone way faster than the Note 10+.
very interesting, reminds me of the days I carried my 6 plus and Note 4. The note ended up winning me over entirely
i'm a note 8 user thinking about switching to the iphone 11 pro max... i use the pen but not super often, just from time to time and to use the snipping tools. Can you tell me from your opinion, which is the best in terms of everyday use, ergonomic feel, and features? like.. will i miss out if i switch to the iphone? the better camera on the iphone is buying me.. help!
@@sofiaflor1459 yeah, you'll lose out because my note 10 plus takes amazing photos that often beats the iPhone 11 pro. Besides the camera, the iPhone has nothing special as an operating system. It's easy to use but that's it. I used to be a huge iPhone fan until the iPhone was basically a refreshed version every year instead of a yearly leap forward. The iPhone is still behind android in a lot of things AND the iPhone starts at 999 for 64gb, the note 10 plus has 256gb to start at a lower price
If the notch did not bother you
What display is better?
Until the iPhone gets rid of that hideous notch, i'm sticking with a Samsung.
I personally like it. Prefer it actually. Until they can somehow put the front camera under the screen I think the notch looks so cool. Just a bit smaller would be better which I hear is what’s happening. I don’t like the design of phones that tried to do full screen with the pop up cameras. Wack and slow
I don’t mind the notch spec when it has Face ID nuts the best system in the phone game by far
Why is his voice so satisfying👌🏽 and I love apple phones but I’m for the iPhone 11 not pro
Your wallpapers are awesome! Which app or link please?
4:54 Apple didn't make that display, Samsung made it. They're both made by Samsung
@ICANV 16 incorrect, samsung provides them with display technology and Apple pays them
@Rayed Azwer Yes, that's the software part, not the hardware part. The display itself is manufactured by samsung.
@ICANV 16 well it's designed by apple and apple tunes the colours of the display but the display itself it's made my Samsung
@@raahimhadi4905 apple pays Samsung $100 a piece for Oled display the technology that only Samsung had before any other company. apple just give Samsung the size of the which they want to order not the technology. if they had the technology apple would not pay 100 dollars a piece to Samsung which is extremely high
Here is my big issue with the Apple. If the Apple is so fast, so smooth. Why don't we see multi-tasking or split screen? If a phone is doing only one thing. It had better be fast.
Shark Deepwater8 There is a feature on the iPhone X models that if you have multiple applications open. You can swipe the home bar left or right and go immediately to that application and swipe again to go to the next application or to go back to other application.
Tim Cook is effectively moving Apple away from spearheading the industry. To becoming a finance company (ENTER: Apple Card).
Apple iPhones are now made in India. This article is proof that Apple turned down the FBI. cnet.com/news/apple-vs-fbi-one-year-later-still-stuck-in-limbo/ The only reason you think split screen isn’t a gimmick is because some android users use it but even earlier in the comments people have admitted that it’s a gimmick. If it wasn’t and it was actually good for a reason then Apple would’ve implemented it years ago.
@@gordontardy6510 Oh and your swipe feature to go between apps? Android has been doing that since the Galaxy S7. Its embarrassing that you even said that.
Apple just started having dark themes. There's no innovation there. What took Apple so long?
Apple was 5 years ahead of the competition in 2008. But this is 2019 going into 2020. The only thing Apple has that Android doesn't is iMessaging.
I don't know if you have heard. But Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T are working on an Android messaging system. Replacing SMS with RCS. They are calling it the Cross Carrier Messaging Initiative (CCMI). 3 R&D departments working together to achieve a goal. And that goal? Be better than Apple's messaging system.

Note user here, the Note is like a computer. It also helps that it has USB-C. I can transfer files/footage from camera or the note to the computer or my tablet to edit easily via SD cards. I also love the battery life, it’s a tank. Last but not least is the S-Pen, I use it heavily as a graphics designer. As a bonus, the camera is amazing and I can expand the Note’s storage at will. Looking at you, future 1TB Micro SD! The iPhone only has a camera and great battery, that’s it.The greatest weakness of the iPhone for a poweruser is that it still is tied to lightning connectors and not USB-C like the iPad Pro.

Tbh, the only reason I like android is because of customisation (which I can kinda live without) and the range of things you can do with the camera which iPhone for some reason just won't do. Meh
For me it's the Note 10+. I got one last week & it is my 4th Note. I've had the note 4,5,9 & now the 10+.
Just wanted to correct you on something small, the note 10+ has a total of 5 cameras. 4 in the back and 1 in the front. The 4th camera in the rear is between the LED flash to the sensors. It is the DepthVision camera available only on the note 10+ (regular note 10 has a total of 3 cameras in back and 1 in front). The DepthVision camera, as you can guess from its name is used to detect depth better and create more focused & detailed pictures.
I love both, but in my opinion Android platform has a lot more to offer as well as Samsung's advanced technology with its high end quality & design wins.
