Those wood pieces your son cut for you are absolutely beautiful!!! I love the idea of gifts from the heart. My most cherished possessions are those things given to me by my children, that they made as children! They are all in mid to late 20's now!
I do my Christmas shopping every year the day after Christmas. We have nine children and I collect all our change throughout the year and it's enough for everything needed for Christmas. This includes the dinner.
I remember one year we did that (I was about 11years old) My Dad said if we could wait for boxing day we could have what we wanted ( within reason). A great idea😊
I've always chosen jam without sugar etc-only the fruit. I guess we just grew up without the sweetener. LOL. I love the sound of it being tart. I love tart. Will try this in the future because you make it look not scary. I always get scared to make new things and have to think it out for quite a while until I feel brave to try. Silly I know. Thanks for showing.
I like those wood pieces, i think maybe they would make cute coaster for a rustic cabin, or small pieces would make really cute gift tags. Thanks for the ideas.
I make homemade biscotti for Christmas gifts for friends and family. We all have more than enough physical stuff and I’d much rather gift and receive edible goodies😊
