This still could have been recorded in one take, but in this case the video and at least some of the audio seem to have been recorded separately or it has all been recorded live but in smaller chunks. Around 3:49 you can hear strums that are clearly not happening on the video and around 4:07 the singing continues but his mouth is not moving along with it.
