Hi ich bekomme partout das die Gewindestange nicht raus die du bei 0:47 raus Holst kann die Nabe aber auch nicht fest klemmen da ich Angst habe das Gewinde kaputt zu machen. Hast du einen Tipp für mich?
try using a spray WD-40 or similar (use spray wait 1 hour). If that doesn't help, there is probably no lubricant inside. Dip the sleeve in diesel for one week. If there is no result, then only brute force remains.

Maybe try screwing two countering nuts on side of the rod and then try to undo the nut on the other side
