    THANK YOU SO MUCH for this summarised concise and precise review, I really struggle with watching 12 mins vids reviewing the same products (that's double the length of your video !!). God bless you and have a good day 😘❤️❤️

    I would recommend for you to brush your hair nicely and detangle them ALWAYS before showering. Slowly and gently from bottom to top. Maybe you have high porosity hair? Do look into it.❤ You look lovely btw and thanks for the review 😊
    EXTRA TIP:
    do NOT leave your curls preserved for more than 2 days as it would get badly tangled and knotted so just brush them out and you can always refresh them later with some water like dampen your hair with a spray bottle and use an extra hold mousse or something and yeah curls will refresh without tangles.

    I had to stop using this shampoo cause it dried out my hair. I’m not sure why. Perhaps it cleans too well, & strips the hair? I just know that my hair was getting progressively more “dry and ratty” with use, and it slowly went away after I switched to a different (moisturizing) shampoo

    What's a good sulphate shampoo? I heard you need to use a sulphate shampoo once in a while to keep scalp clean however the other ingredients must not be damaging according to Hair Growth Lab.

    • @not_zippy
      @not_zippy 2 роки тому +2

      I haven’t used sulfate shampoo in over 4 years and my hair has never felt dirty or not completely clean after using sulfate free shampoo. In fact, my hair is SOOO much less oily, and I almost never get dandruff anymore, compared to how much of an issue it was for me whenever I used shampoo containing sulfates. Then again, different people have different hair needs. I’d say though, probably start by assessing what your biggest concern for your hair is (color treated, dry scalp, oily scalp, etc) and look at sulfate shampoos based on that. So you could look up “best shampoos for oily scalp”. That way you’re not just buying any old 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner.

      This product may weigh down your hair because it’s meant to retain moisture and oils… it was initially created for curlier hair textures as they tend to get much drier over time rather than oily…
      Curly hair=more oils needed, straighter-wavier hair=less oils needed…
      But if you insist, try using less product than you’d normally use ;)

    • @nurizzati9650
      @nurizzati9650 9 місяців тому

      Oily or smelly scalp, usually because the current shampoo you are using are too strong and over cleaned thus strip away too much of you naturally produce sebum on your scalp and produce more to counter it thus becomes oily. I just start using this for two times, so far my scalp have no smell anymore and my hair does not looks lumpy on second day, i live in hot weather country so I shampoo once every 2-3 day and so far on the third day it was better than before (which on second day usually becomes oily and smelly before i start using shea moisture) so far i use the shampoo + shea butter conditioner from body shop and my hair type is wavy

    • @leahmay1506
      @leahmay1506 2 роки тому +2

      This particular product may not be for your hair type, especially if it’s straight or a very loose curl-like 2a-2c. Shea moisture products were initially meant for very curly hair (3a-4c), which typically does well with excessive oils and moisture. The product was also made to leave an oily residue for added moisture as curly hair tends to get drier over time rather than oily (as straight/wavy textures typically do). Maybe try a shampoo that contains more sulphates or ingredients that have a cleaning effect *similar to* sulphates🙌
      But if you still want to give this product a try, maybe try using LESS to avoid the sticky feel! There are people with straight hair who use this product regardless and end up with great results. Maybe using less product is where the success lies👀
