I lost a friend that I had known since childhood, who was a husband and father to two very young boys in this same exact way, so I know how this could have turned out very differently without the miracle and mercy of God, being bestowed upon this family. Thank the good Lord a fishing buddy of his and his young stepson did escape the fate that he suffered, still in the boat and rescued shortly after. Everyone needs to know the dangers and raw power of dams and under tows.
Our God is so loving, caring, and is always there to help, save and protect us. I believe the man wearing the green shirt, with the Bible verse 3:16 on it was an angel set by God. Thank you Lord for saving this family, and for nobody being hurt. In Jesus mighty name. Amen

The bible says that we entertain angels unaware. I do feel in my heart that that man with the green t-shirt on with John 3:16 on it was indeed and Angel. I also remember a story about how a single woman with two boys to raise had just moved in to an apartment in 1968. When an elderly lady invited her and her boys to Thanksgiving dinner. The elderly lady had even given the lady food to take home from the dinner. Then the following day the mother was returning dishes to the elderly lady. When she got down there though. The woman looked into the apartment Window. It didn't look like anyone live there. So the superintendent was passing by and the mother inquired of the superintendent where the elderly lady had moved to. The superintendent told the lady that there hasn't been anyone living that apartment for years. So I believe that the elderly lady was also an angel taking care of that little family.
