You know I've been following you for a while and watch all your videos and I love them. I love that it's sort of a family thing. Anyway I've been working to come up with a larger tank capacity without needing to hold one in hand. This was exactly what I had in mind. You have perfect timing. You seem to have more time to do these things than I do so I kind of live vicariously thru your videos sometimes, lol.
I was thinking about the kids and how helpful this was for Bath-time and Mrs. HDC took the words out of my mouth! Great job!

A tire inflation gun cobbled somewhere into that plumbing could be handy. When you want a constant "on" just put a rubber band around the trigger / handle. I'm thinking of putting a tiny 1/4 inch nozzle on the end of a foam mate and seeing how far I can lob foam into my neighbours yard...

according to Drexel they say 8oz per gallon
might be better when mixing for AIRCRETE 12-15oz to 1 gallon and 50-70psi
I would expect you to give the foam to the boys and have them wash the equipment and the cars LOL ;-)

New sup here, glad I found you. Here's an idea... you know those sprayers the gardeners use? Some are large and like a backpack. You can put your solution in a backpack sprayer tank so you just have a wand to hold. Might make things easier.

I have been watching for awhile. One question I had was whether the foam could be added to the mixer with the slurry and therefore skip the barrel part.

Ever thought about showing up at a Makerfaire with a bit of a booth or running presentations outside of the makerfaire building? It might help things is why I mention it.

My husband is no longer and I am needing to build a home. I am very interested to see how one could build a roof - dome shaped. If I want to fire proof the roof, would I put liquid glass on the outside ? Can you make it? Is liquid glass expensive?

The weight of the foam is critical to the cement mixture . The claim is 90 grams to a 8oz cup.

Can I just make a comment about solvent cement fittings, I don't know what you call it in America. The glue for plastic pipe, I used to teach plumbing in a college. NEVER put the glue in the fitting, always on the Pipe an give it a twist. Just a mute point, when you put it on the fitting it curls up inside and restricts the flow. Great Vids.

Question can you streamline the gun with the tank and not make it two separate entities and then all I have to do is just run a hose from it to the barrel that's my question?

Hey Darwin. I bought your foam mate and am having trouble making adequate foam. I am shooting for 95 grams per quart and even hit that mark quite often, but the foam seems too runny and after only a couple of minutes a significant amount of water settles to the bottom of the quart. The best block that I have managed to make so far maintained its shape but had some big bubble gaps throughout. I really want to make this work, so any advice you can give me would really be appreciated!

Yup. Just don't over do it or you could collapse the foam a bit.

IM STARTING BUILDING 24"×12"× 6" THICK AIRCRETE FIBERGLASS REENFORCED BLOCKS with 2" & 3" holes in each block to run plumbing or electrical lines
I'm actually going to make 2000 + reenforced AIRCRETE BLOCKS to build Interior walls in a MINI STORAGE that is built inside a 100x60 metal building these helps also to offer climate controlled units
then coat the block WALLS with concrete Harding AGENT .....

Honey Do Carpenter: I looked up recipes for making large and strong bubbles and found this one. I wonder if you could try it for aircrete foam generation.
A PERFECT RECIPE for MAKING VERY STRONG BUBBLES
Ingredients
1 liter of water (about 2 pints)
50 milliliters of Dawn Professional Detergent (a little over 3 TBSP)
2-3 grams of guar powder, a food thickener (about 1/2 heaping TSP)
50 milliliters of rubbing alcohol (a little more than 3 TBSP)
2 grams of baking powder (about 1/2 TSP)
Directions
Mix the guar powder with the alcohol and stir until there are no clumps.
Combine the alcohol/guar slurry with the water and mix gently for 10 minutes. Let it sit for a bit so the guar hydrates. Then mix again. The water should thicken slightly, like thin soup or unset gelatin.
Add the baking powder and stir.
Add the Dawn Professional Detergent and stir gently, to avoid causing the mixture to foam.

Just buy the pvc at Lowe's or look on Craigslist for PVC scraps. If you know a plumber they may have PvC scraps lying around. But Pvc is pretty cheap you could get one of those cheap air compressors from harbor freight.. One of those red pancake looking ones would do I think. Or if you have an uncle he might have one-by-one could borrow. I would use non toxic organic gmo free soap for the suds though

Patrick Adams each panel is about 100lbs.
You need a good thickness so the panels do not fold up.
I am sure HDC will have a total cost and time tally at the end of the project.
