If you want a serious version of how Manbat mirrors Batman i think there’s three interpretations: 1) Manbat personifies how Batman’s use of terror makes him look to criminals and society at large, where Batman terrifies criminals by appearing as if he is a monster Manbat is that monstrous image made literal 2) In some interpretations Batman is a man of science, so Langstrom’s secret identity mirrors Batman’s intellect and gives him someone who in his human form he relates to 3) Like how Bruce’s parents being killed essentially transformed him into Batman, Langstrom’s transformation into a Bat Man was the result of something against his own wishes, but on some level he blames himself for despite it being out of his control. Bruce’s transformation is psychological and Manbat’s is physiological
if memory serves right, the white colored man bat is also referencing the 2003 "The Batman" cartoon series, where man bat in that series also had a more Pale, albino color scheme to him, but in the show, it was alot more of a grey color than white.
