That Qualcomm855 SM8150 BGA Stencil you link to. I do not see a 8x7 on it for re balling the charging IC, so you use a 9x9?

I have an s10 that made a shortcut while charging. My phone shows that the fast charging is working ( 1h32m) but the phone take 5 hours to 100 procent. Also the ic charger aluminuim get very warm arround 48 degrees. When i switch from fast charging to normal charging the phone shows its charging but actualy the battery go like from 20% to 15% in 5min. You have any solution for this?

Check out the charging port, the battery connector on the motherboard. If they are of sound, we recommend you send your phone to more professional person.

what? the ic you took off from s10 is S2D0S05, and the IC you took off from s8 is max77838, they are not even same size.
Samsung make different model motherboard in s8.This ic is s2d.
