I remember seeing Roger with the sounds of blackness perform this song on soul train back in the summer of 1998. He had on all red with shades and looked like he was having a good time. I remember during the interview Roger was saying that he was about to come out with a new cd and says to the audience..."yall going to buy it, right.....?" and then the audience cheered. I wish someone had that clip.

Guitar Center. They have them for $200. It's the MXR M222 Talkbox same one Byron "Mr. Talkbox" Chambers used in 24k Magic with Bruno Mars

Roger on the other hand he used a Custom Built Talkbox. The Electro Voice 1824M Horn Driver. Not sure what amp he used to power it. But with these newer Talkboxes you don't need an amp. The amp is built into them.
