The thing I like best about Hercules Candy is that Steve shares so much information so you can try to make things yourself. So many people wouldn't do that so you'd have to buy their product. 🙂👍

I can't believe it's been 3 years in the new store. Well, I guess it's not new anymore. And it looks like you need more space again. It's been such a privilege to watch the business grow. And most of it was initiated by you Craig. I feel like part of the business even though I'm in Oz.

I made Truffles one Christmas for my cousin ( a hairdresser). She was so impressed with them she asked could she give one to each client with their coffee. I said sure. I rolled half of them in coco powder the rest in icing/powdered sugar. It's nice to see the Hercules family growing. Everyone seems to fit right in. Thanks for your hard work recording Craig and Dylan for editing. Good job all. 🐨🕊

I have a request, in Australia they have a candy bar called Cherry Ripe, I'd love it if you recreated this! Chopped black cherries, with the juice, mixed in with shredded coconut so it makes a sticky ball and then enrobed in dark chocolate. You could make a mix though, coat some in dark, some in milk and some in white chocolate!

An anagram is words or phrases that the letters can be rearranged to make a different word or phrase. For example--"decimal point" can be rearranged to "a dot in place."
A word that is the same forward or backwards is a palindrome. Mom, taco cat, racecar, etc.

A word spelled the same forwards and backwards is a palindrome. Most palindromes are 3 letters like dad, bob, eye. A 7 letter palindrome is racecar. Evidently, this video was a time warp because there is no way the new store was opened 3 years ago.

I always thought that Joe was just part time there and except for Karen who's Hercules longest serving employee today turnover comes with a family business even more now than decades ago. Indeed some are searching for work even as their working if it pays more $5 give or take per hour and many even leave during a shift because their that under water. It was a bit shabby that Hercules Candy waited to be asked why Joe was gone instead of taking the next video to wish him well since it he left a month before they mentioned it..

Instead of rolling it while it's cold. Do you think you could pour the liquid(chocolate, milk and peanut butter) into like a silicon mold and then freeze that.

That’s what I was wondering. Would be awesome as a holiday candy!

others have probably mentioned this but would a small ice cream scoop work? I use a small one for cookie dough and it works well.

Could you freeze the truffles then put them through the enrober?
