Recently was diagnosed with multiple things, effecting my health and mental health in general. i can never really tell people the thing i mean or want to say. this playlist helps me calm down and take a rest. i appreciate you taking time out of you day to make this :) +1 subscriber!
I Hope you’re doing ok. I know how rough it can be- I was diagnosed with schizophrenia at the age of 16- I’m 27 now. I can say that as you get older, it does get easier. The main thing, no matter the mental illness, is to take the medication, and get plenty of rest. Meditating and praying also make it much easier. Don’t use any drugs that aren’t prescribed by a doctor, and try to be gentle with yourself; try taking long walks, and make sure that you eat. Also, I’m sure that you have loved ones: remember to tell them that you love them, and ask them for help and do everything that they say. Personally, I don’t watch television or play video games- I mostly listen to music- I think the lower stimulus is helpful. We’re all searching for balance, and as much as many lack faith, there is always beauty in creation to give us, whether it be pets or nature or simple pleasures like admiring the abundance of grocery stores; happiness is in every moment, sometimes we’re not able to see it, but it’s there if you look.

Guys, always remember the best way to live life, is to experience the fun of it, not to live longer on it. 🙏🏾
