Having played PINBOT to pieces hoping for a sequel and then "BRIDE OF PINBOT", it was truly Van-tastic ....Jackbot however, I have never ever played...a lifelong dream and all I can do is stare....god-domm it !
Whats great is to watch this video on cc.You get a double effect during that one part.Cant wait for the 1000th video.Stay cool wallace.Need to have t-shirts in 3x for all of your big fans.
Watching this really takes me back. When my parents got me a original Nintendo they bought the Pinbot game for it. Still have it like new. It was really a great game at the time. Could play for hours with the Turbo Controller and the Game Genie to give me infinite balls. The table even changed colors depending on what level you got too while the ball was still in play.
Cam McMillion The card dispenser is in it, but it has to dispense cards that do not have a glossy finish...and there are no longer cards made that way.
First :) I have a friend who has a Jack-Bot on route in a NYC bar. He was charging a $1.00 a game. Made no money - Told him to make it .50 cents a game now make $200-300 a week. People will spend .50 on a game. A dollar is more of a mental thing to spend.
rarecoolitems kinda like at a gas station and it's like 2.4999 a gallon. which looks better than $2.50 a gallon still remember the 90's when it was under a $1 that wasn't that long ago but I also remember seeing pinball games sitting out in the junk yard being sold on ebay for $400 because nobody wanted them. Glad they are making a comeback. the $1 pinball games killed it. Now if some nut stuck a credit card slot on there then we got problems. Be like playing modern slot machines. just slide your card in and no coins needed O_O I used to play alot of mechanicals so they tended to be 25 cents in fact even the modern ones in the 1980's were 25 cents. I'm sure the 25 cent ones that just required a single coin to play made more money at the bars I played them at in WI or MN. I know Elevator Action sure did. Really rusty on that game now :( I'm no pro look up Jackbot Pinball Arcade on here and for over an hour some wizard plays it well into the trillions. (faint) then he'd be stretching whatever the game was at if it were real.
Riz2336 it basically a rehash, but with some good updates. Adding to this is that as a nod to Funhouse, when you cheat, Pinbot might say ''look, it's Rudy!''. It was also one of two pinball games Williams made which certain actions could trigger a hidden code which could be used for Mortal Kombat 3.
Wow, two of my favorite machines in one video. I just "finished" a digital pinball and while it will never be as awesome as a real one satisfies the craving. But after my next project (driving/flight simulator with a minbar attached to it) I will try and score a Slugfest. I love that game so much and spent more money on that game growing up then any other machine. Even now when i see one I have to play it.
Spunky_Bruiser Yes...its actually surprising...that Slugfest fell out of favor for awhile in these last ten years, but now is sought after again! I am trying to find another for someone else thats nice to start with!
I love your videos and keep up the good work. When I need supplies for my projects I always look for tnt on e bay or other first because of the videos.
Slugfest looks amazing! However, I still have a place in my heart for the old Chicago stand up baseball games. I spent many quarters hitting homeruns. If you ever come across one from a trade in let me know.
Regarding the "Slugfest" I recently saw a very early version of this same style baseball game at a local pinball shop for sale. Can't remember who produced it but was very old, maybe 1930's or 40's? Was electromechanical and sounded a bell when you hit the home run. Had two big brass buttons, one to pitch the ball and one to hit it with the bat. Playfield was very worn out from decades of use. For such an old game it was still great fun to play. I had no idea that this style game kept evolving over in the US!
Jack Bot is a fun one, especially for beginners and casual players. I almost considered getting one at SFGE, but I just don't like score gambling. Yours looks outstanding as always. That Slugfest brings back the memories. Beautiful as well. I've been on a mission to find a pinball you haven't done a video on. Thought I had you with Monday Night Football, but no. I recently had an opportunity to pick up a Johnny Mnemonic at a great price, and it's now my first pin. First thing I did when I got home with it was to see what you had to say about it. I couldn't find anything! Is it true? Have you never done a video on a JM?
TNT Amusements Inc although I remember one video where you put the black ramp on a pinbot. Easy mistake though as they are basically the same game. except different theme. at least for the upper playfield.
No idea they made a third game in the Pinbot series. This looks like a beautiful playfield. I wish I had room for a Rocky & Bullwinkle and Attack from Mars. Hmm...maybe they'd let me put them in the breakroom at work???
Well as I told someone just now I can't afford the games but I can afford to give out some smiles. :) always had a version of the towel (yeah it's basically a souped up version of a wet towel but with something it's made with. I haven't gotten one of these towels yet so Wallace can say how effective it is. When wet. Nobody knows how to get the smell out of it though. Only down side. But I've worked in a warehouse before and when the thermometer reads about 120 degrees a cool towel sure works. Jackbot being the age I was and outside of the selling world of pinball I disliked the un original playfield as I loved Pinbot , still do of course and the theme didn't mesh with the first two. And dad gambles and didn't like that then still don't. Music wasn't as digital as Pinbot. Still it was a pinball game so I'd play it just wasn't as fun. But great job . As for the next towel they seem to come in many colors. I don't think Steve would like pink. Maybe Orange? for some Donkey Dong or Frank .... Green? Don't know. (blush)
Lee Bartholomew subtitles about as bad as our text voice messaging on my phone from sprint oh the words mom says.... when coming home ..... O_O oh I don't think so...
Lee Bartholomew As you saw, Wallace was just thrilled! He was using it today and his wife called me today and said he was happy when he went home and told her! :-)
TNT Amusements Inc ;) She's gonna steal it now :P (yes I'm joking) Work in the heat I will but resting and it's hot out. Thats not fun. and Dyson Bladeless fans bit pricey although still cheaper than a pinball game almost. now the Vacuums I might as well get a cheaper arcade game :/ lol (oh I hope he doesn't frame the print out. ;) )
Sean Stewart the automatic captions for most videos are hilarious. It's almost like the leaked workprint for Star Wars Episode III, which has been mistranslated as Star War The Third Gathers: Backstroke of the West (since the workprint was leaked in China, and it was translated to English, which leads to a hilarious mistranslated mess. Todd,
Slugfest arrived safely.... WOW. Tony and the team really did a terrific job.... My kids are thrilled ! Thanks so much!
Kris
Kris Klepper Great news Kris! Glad you love it...it is SUCH a nice example of one!
Now Wallace is officially the coolest cat in the warehouse!
ChristianHarper Yes he is!!
ChristianHarper bout time!
JackBOT is my favorite in the series, just a beautiful looking game!
Yes it is!!
Jack*Bot is in my top five. The illuminated buttons look amazing.
Ahead of the curve with the lighting package.
Having played PINBOT to pieces hoping for a sequel and then "BRIDE OF PINBOT", it was truly Van-tastic ....Jackbot however, I have never ever played...a lifelong dream and all I can do is stare....god-domm it !
I remember as a kid SLUGFEST use to dispense baseball cards. I use to play it at the local Chuck e Cheeses. I loved that game!
atomicpuppet A fun game for sure!

ron phillips That 1000th video is coming....It will be a memory maker for the regular subscribers!
Glad it brought back good memories!
I'm thinking of getting a Nintendo just for Pin Bot, and High Speed. Both awesome pinball games. And The Getaway is on Gameboy
Is the Slugfest set up to dispense baseball cards? That was always my favorite part about this game when I was a kid!
Cam McMillion The card dispenser is in it, but it has to dispense cards that do not have a glossy finish...and there are no longer cards made that way.

rarecoolitems I think 50 cents a game is fair...remember in 1980, The Black Knight was 50 cents a game!
rarecoolitems kinda like at a gas station and it's like 2.4999 a gallon. which looks better than $2.50 a gallon still remember the 90's when it was under a $1 that wasn't that long ago but I also remember seeing pinball games sitting out in the junk yard being sold on ebay for $400 because nobody wanted them. Great work on the JackBot machine, its an absolute beautiful work of living art. Great Stuff ;-)
Kris Rosk Thanks Kris!
So Funny! Gotta be careful of that closed caption!
Joystick Evolution 1 :-)
Jackbot seems like an upgraded version of Pinbot. Both are cool.
Riz2336 Yes...a reworking of a classic title!
You didn't mention the "Double or nothing" or the Casino Run feature on this game.
In the NEXT one!! :-)
Your final words were "now bring bad luck" 😂😂
Hillarious :)
***** Yes...it was the final Closed Captioning slap!!
Absolutely fantastic stuff :)

Darryl Schafer Okay!
You're almost there! You got two more videos until 1000 episodes!
HeroSteve6070 Very soon!
TNT Amusements Inc I've been anticipating this for awhile now. I'm expecting it's going to be something special.
That blue for the sky is an awesome idea, makes the whole game look VERY nice! You guys do really, really fantastic work!
Thank you!

MrRem7600 Yes...there were quite a few mechanical versions produced over the years...probably the first in the late 50's.
Great job
Davido Vasquez Thanks!
I want this baby soooo much
"my face and ass what a great job." lmao

Some more fun with UA-cam's captioning system ua-cam.com/video/7MuDgfX9C2w/v-deo.html
Sean Stewart Funny stuff!!!
As for the shock gags, thanks for the jump scares (which are worth considering for practice for Halloween Horror Nights)
COLEY FOLEY NEVER: PLAYED OR EVEN SAW A FUCKIN "JACKBOT" BEFORE...!
Frank doesn't like to aim the camera on you when you do that shock gag. For frank knows that's so dumb!
it upsets him...he thinks I do the gag too often!
Great video Todd
Stayed all the way through the great jackbot at the end
