  • Only 2416 of these were made---it was not popular upon release, but watch Todd Tuckey explain all the neat programming loaded into this beauty, and YOU will want one too!!! Plus, yet another one of Todd's HUNDREDS of tips he has offered over the years on those pesky SLOT REELS! PLUS, we lead in with a classic Who Dunnit scene from 1941's TOPPER RETURNS that fits this perfectly!

Great comparison to Clue. I really like this table, but difficult for sure (I always just randomly guess "who dunnit"..sometimes I win, sometimes not so much). I still can't believe how amazing your crew makes these look after some TLC. So much jealousy, but a joy to watch. Thanks for helping keep pins alive!

    That was cheese-riffic! Loved it.
Both light mods looked awesome. I never realized how much detail is on the back panel. The WHO?dunnit machines I've played in the wild all had their slots turned off; thankfully the reels on my machine have never failed.
A lot of people don't like the stop/go game play of WHO?dunnit, which I can understand. If you can get past that, though, the machine is a blast. Plenty of fun shots, secrets to discover, random murders keep things interesting, and betting your points is always a crowd favorite. Here's hoping someone programs a Wizard mode for it someday...

Hey Todd, is there in your opinion any chance that 3D-Printers will be able to substitute such plastic parts? 3D-Scanning should be a piece of cake once someone has gotten their hands on the original thing and bothers to hit the scan button..

I like the lights you added, especially the purple ones in the back. It looks real nice. Also, were the blue light, above the roulette spinner, and the green light, near the plunger lane, there before? Just wondering, cause most games have red lights there.

Ah, my personal favorite Bally/Williams pinball, personally due to the voices, and my memorization of most of the lines. Yes, it's not common, but hey, once you find it, play it NOW. It's amazing, and I would highly recommend it 100%.

That's interesting! My dad owns a vintage toy store in Downtown Willoughby, OH, and one time, and he originally had a Who Dunnit, but it was from a pinball stocker, and when we got rid of him, it wasn't even there due to it being swapped out for I believe a T2. Now, my dad owns the tables that we currently have; a PinBot, a X-Men, an Avengers, and a Fastbreak. The name of the store is called Retroland Toys, and between I would be happy if it does get mentioned once. It may bring in more people who watch your channel!

Dang really, few people played it? It took me several games to learn the gist of how to play it (like most pinball games) and I thought it was a great pinball game! And yeah I thought it was kinda like Clue too, but a lot more interesting. The roof, casino, sewer, etc. were cool settings. I do wonder if you guys put any toys in (Oonly 3 minutes in so far) so I'm interested to see the comparisons.

Great mods, for a misunderstood machine. Played this often, and wherever I can find it. Hopi it it goes to a great home. The problem I understand on this pin, is that the gameplay begins to warm up, usually during the last ball, even for the average player. If you're a pro, then you'll have a better game, but it will last about 20 minutes, which isn't good for revenue.
Plus the elevator shot, is very hard to perfect. Surprised Bally did not eliminate the slot machine reels, for a smaller DMD in that space.

The other day I was changing a bulb in my Break Shot and on one of the boards I saw a very familiar logo. I thought to myself....no...couldn't be....If this was at TNT there would be a sticker on the Bow Tie...and guess what I found....glue residue where a quality sticker might have been. What kind of Creep would tear that off? ~_~

I think the main reason why "Who Dunnit" flopped was that there was way too much start and stop. Pinball is generally a high energy game, even with deep rulesets. But pinball really isn't the best medium to tell a story. It's all about action/reaction. This pin might be better as a home pin.
I still could never figure out why they put a slot machine in the center of a pinball that wasn't a casino theme. Way too much money wasted on that feature.

I don't like the game. And since I now know that it even gives two times the same hint... I like it even less. I also don't think that you can really work out who is the correct suspect.
