Yepes is wonderful ,such an original thinker and master. He is always interesting, sometimes wonderful sometimes less so but always evocative, original and inspiring and interesting.
Formidable artista y persona. Lo conoci entre 1979 y 1988 en Argentina. Este recital fue un gratisimo recuerdo en 1991. Mis tios asistieron estando ellos en Barcelona
@ninebreaker21 Thank you for you interest - your point about the guitar is well taken. However, Adrian le Roy was neither Scotch nor Spanish but French, and composed both for the lute and the guitar. I'm hoping Ana Yepes will inform me of why this piece was chosen for a mostly Spanish music program.
As always, refined, precise playing from Yepes. Not to be a pedant, but that's a multi-string classical guitar, not a baroque guitar, and he's playing Scottish lute music.
Magnifique!! 🌻🌿🌷

My mistake! Thanks for correcting me.
I have sheets for Passemezo and Branle too. This pieces are random pair. Branle de poictou I searched for about 2 hours :-)
